Taco John's at bar time is a core college days memory. That was 1980 something in Eau Claire. The one in Green Bay is just as good.
Their Chips and Cheese is superior to Taco Bell in quantity and quality. The Beef Burrito with sour cream is still my go-to. I really need to try something different sometime! Service is always fast and friendly.
