The food was good like normal. I got the chicken mega meal. Chicken was very thick in a few spots and it would be nice if it came with a sauce to put on it. The service was the issue. The waitress we had was VERY inattentive. I had to flag her down for drink refills twice after my cup had sat empty for 8 minutes each time, which I could understand if the place was busy but it was not busy at all. She never checked on us once we got our food. Again empty drinks. Then when done she brought us our bill and never came back to pick it up and run our card. After waiting for a while and her never coming I finally had to take it to the bar so I could pay and leave. This is the worst service I have gotten at any restaurant in the last several years. I will not be back to this applebees.

Started off great, greeted nicely, sat right away, order taken fast but never got our mozzarella appetizer, made my food wrong then it took so long to get a replacement my family was done with their meal so I just took mine to go. Not a great experience but on a plus side my family enjoyed their meals

We just walked out of the Applebee’s in Beloit, WI. It is the most filthy and disgusting restaurant we’ve ever seen! The Health Department needs to inspect that place!

Staff was very friendly, but still a bit lacking on keeping up with the good quality customer service side. Maybe they were busier than usual or newer. idk. But food was good for a big group and a 9pm Friday night visit.

Our server was nevaeh, she was either having a bad day or something.She took our order and came back just to deliver the food and give us our check. Never checked up on us. Had to ask another server for boxes. I work in restaurant industry and it was very disappointing. When she gave us our check she just set it on the table and left, funny. The Pepsi was bad and couldn’t even ask for a refill because again NEVER checked up on us. Never again..

Baked French onion soup, sent back to get warm. Prime rib with dipping sauce. Could only get it well done and onions very strong but not grilled. The guys burgers were good. Not going back for a while. What the guys ordered they did not have.
