Drive through at 830 tonight was rudely told their system is down. He doesn’t know when it went down. He doesn’t know when it’ll go up. They’re not taking any more orders for the rest of the night. I told him hey can I talk to a general manager, they don’t have a general manager said call our district manager, I don’t care.. called the other Arby’s in the same town system has been up all day so come over and get your order.

Ordered online for the riverside store said its open till midnight. Confirmed are order so I sent my boys to pick it up they get there and it's closed. Tried calling no answer. They took the money when closed

It was horrible got charged double cuz they messed my order up then she had the nerve to have a attitude with me and told me not to come back worse service ever I would never return I got charged almost $40 for 2 meals

So i haven't been to this location in a while because of the employees here. They were so rude and unprofessional. Well my son decided to go there a couple days ago, when asked what he wanted he was interrupted and was told he'd have to now wait. OK but after 15 minutes and now 4 cars behind him he asked in the speaker if he could order now. The young man laughs and says oh yeah.. my son says we'll I don't think its funny I've been waiting for 15 minutes. The kid continues to be rude using slanderous and hateful remarks. Now super upset my son said a few things back and said he's not ordering but leaving now. The kid replies with more yelling unbelievable things. We'll I go there today to try one more time because im in a hurry for lunch and im treated rudely again with the manager I take it who is doing the drive. Who is talking to me like im stupid then I proceeds to start laughing and when I get to the window she's standing back behind another girl but keeps looking at me laughing, shaking her head and making rude remarks. Just unbelievable!! This place needs ALL NEW EMPLOYEES who know how to act!!! Never will go here again!!!
