Food was good, fast. The store was completely dirty! Floors were dirty, sticky and rugs were in piles by the door. The pop dispenser counter was disgusting with weeks worth of pop rings from the spillage from the machine. Bathrooms were very scummy. A young manager was working on his lap top in the dining room…oblivious to the mess all over the place!! Sorry we won’t be back!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a French dip, and when they handed me the bag, the sauce had not been closed firmly and it came spilling through the bottom of the bag burning my leg. I looked inside and everything in the bag was soaked. I handed it back exclaiming that's really hot! It's burning my leg through my jeans! They said they would remake everything so while I was waiting they said they tested the heat and it wasn't THAT hot! So I said ya know what, you should refund my money, and they said they can't do that, I said ok, I almost ordered a jamocha shake, will you give me that? I was told no, I'm sorry I just can't do that. Please pull forward while we remake your meal. Wow, talk about lousy customer service, they should have said they would refund it as a courtesy! On the other side the food was good, but I don't think I will go to that location ever again.

Ordered through door dash. Got the food half of it was missing. The drinks were all wrong and it was slopped together and cold. Ridiculous will never again with beloit. We always use the Janesville location and now we know why. Never have I ever had a bad order through the Janesville store. Always fresh always accurate. Beloit store what a joke.
Please do not come to the branch. They are short staffed. I waited 25+mins a couple of times in the line to get my order. The excuse were the we are short staffed with 3 people today. Come on, close the store if you can’t run it. The food was also not cooked well, and fries were as they cooked it a day before. Never coming back to this location. Close this location please.
