Do yourself a favor and eat at any other location other than this one. Not only have they left out part of my order on my last three deliveries, this last time also left me with a terrible stomach ache and so sick. Each time I have had a delivery part of my order is missing , resulting in me driving to the store to pick up the missing items. This past order I received part of my wings with no sauce on them and fries and a side of sauce missing. I drove to the store and waited 45 minutes. By the time I was home it had been nearly 2 hours since I placed my order and the rest of my order was cold and gross. After waiting for over 45 minutes for my order the wings once again had NO sauce on them. When I spoke to the manager about this she told me they were out of the sauce and I should have been told this on the phone before driving all the way there. Now why would they give me zero sauce for a second time when they knew my order was incorrect and I made a trip there to pick it up? There were at least 5 other people waiting for there orders for over 2 hours and they had also complained and all received refunds while I was standing there. This location seems very poorly managed and unorganized. Like I said I won’t be returning here as I have given far too many chances. $70 down the drain.

The last time we were there our pretzel bites and motz sticks were still cold. Told the server and she brought manager over. Took the apps off our ticket. My nachos that i ordered for my meal came with sour cream on it which it didnt specify on the menu so manager got annoyed that she had to have that remade then the new batch came to me so cold nothing was done about that. So my husband was able to eat but I was not. I paid for the 2 meals and we left after he was done eating

We sat down but we were told there was no tables available that only high top tables were that was a lie and I have a ordered our food our drinks and fries pickles showed up on time….and that’s about all that showed up on time I ordered a 20 traditional with chipotle bbq and Parmesan garlic my wife had the beer cheesesteak and my son had the chicken dipper kids meal the two groups of people who sat down AFTER us got their food before ours our waitress barely came over at all we think they forgot to make our sons food because our food came out ice cold and you could tell they had been sitting a while so I asked to get my chicken wings remade because they were cold I got them back and they put so much chipotle bbq rub on my wings they were barely eatable no apology no nothing from our waitress what a terrible bdubs definitely will not be coming back to the Beloit location I will drive to a different one if we decide to come back

I feel like things are slipping here. The booth cushions were pretty bad. There was a lot of trash around and everything seems like its fried in the same basket. We've been coming here for years but less and less latlely. I will say the server was very nice and she made the experience much better.

The place is run down, with upholstery ripped and dirty, tables sticky. Presentation was sad, with everything piled on a single, dirty cookie sheet, and the waitress seemed annoyed that we were there. Dine-in is more than twice as expensive as take-out: 10 wings are $15.99 at the restaurant, 20 wings plus fries are $16.99 through the app. Last time for carry-out - celery was literally ROTTEN and carrots were dry. Also, no labels on the containers to know which sauce they are.

The staff helped us celebrate my mom’s birthday after we had my aunts funeral(none of the staff knew that). They went above and beyond to make my mom feel special on a day she generally doesn’t enjoy.
