I waited over 20 minutes. They finally came to the door 13 mins after waiting on my Mobile order just to ask for $44... not my order. Then 2 minutes later, manager came to confirm my order. Manager had to call out my simple wopper meal and nugget kids meal. Nothing crazy. UNACCEPTABLE TO WAIT CLOSE TO 25 MINS IN LINE.

The new building is beautiful! The location is still great as usual. Inside is clean and updated. The new playground for kids is amazing. Service was poor. Slow. Food is cold. Took FOREVER to get! Second time in the new store and they failed both times. This was the same problem with the last one. Everything was sooooo slow but at least the food was hot. They are understaffed and seem to accommodate the drive-thru. Even the drive-thru was slow and cold. I’m super bummed out because I waited for a long time for this new store to open. I was hoping it would have been better this time.
Update 1/7/2026 the drive thru was fast this time. The attendant was rude. I guess I’ll take fast food all day if you have to deal with a jerk to get it. At least I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a cold burger and fries.

The new building that replaced the old one is your typical bland, soulless and uninspired drab box. Also, to place orders you must now use a kiosk that's totally unreliable (seems to be an unfortunate trend with most fast food places). I am never eating at this Burger King (or any BK for that matter) again.

They have really improved the food quality in recent months. I’ve been surprised. They forgot my fries once but I got them before driving away. The workers are always kind.
