This restaurant is probably the cleanest burger king I ever been too. The staff was cool didnt have attitudes like some other ones usually do. And if I'm not mistaken the store GM was there and she very nice and made sure my food was made correctly. No complaints here💯🔥

I made an online order. When I got to drive thru, there were 3 cars in line. After waiting 10 minutes in line to get to the speaker, when I approached the speaker, the cashier in the restaurant tells me there's a 20 minute wait. I said EXCUSE ME? I let her know immediately I had a online order. She told me to pull around to the entrance way to the restaurant. I approached the window so we could get our drinks. She gave them to us, then proceeded to tell me to pull around. Look, I don't know what's going on with this restaurant. It's been an unpleasant place to come to for food. There's always a long wait at the speaker. Then a long wait for food. A few times I've pulled off, because of the rudeness, and the extended periods of time we've had to wait to just order our food. Ever since they got rid of a well known manager at this restaurant, everything has fallen apart. They departed with the wrong management, because the new management is TERRIBLE!!!! Everyone has noticed!!!

This place is absolutely garbage the employees even though nobody was in the drive thru or lobby couldn’t get 3 burgers right. Wrong drink. For one of the meals. Employees seem to genuinely not give a shit. I hope they clear house and hire some people that care about their job. This is like the 3rd or 4th time in a row at this “restaurant” that it’s wrong.
