I travel a lot for work and I will say Burger King is my favorite place to go and it pains me that the one closest to my house is terrible. Just for one example the fries are always under cooked and never salted. I will go out of my way to go to Rockford to avoid this specific store is terrible.

Their sign says that they open at 7:00 a.m. I showed up at 7:20 a.m. for breakfast. Doors locked. I made eye contact with the manager. And she shook her head no. What kind of manager doesn’t show up on time, on a Sunday??? Not a very good one. That’s ok. I went to their competition. McDonald’s. McDonald’s are ALWAYS ready to go. Guess that’s why they do better than BK. 9/8/24.

This is probably my favorite BK. Always fresh, the store is always clean, 9/10 times the workers are nice and patient.
Today happened to be the 1/10. Whoever took our order got it incorrect. We didn't realize until we were almost home they never gave us fries or one order of nuggets. No one answered the phone while we headed back. When explaining what was missing and what was wrong with the order we were rudely told we had not ordered our burger plain and that she was the one who took our order and she knew we didn't. Well... My husband only takes ketchup on his burger. She didn't even try to help fix the problem, this female was right regardless of what we had to say. And we didn't even get to order a correct burger. She was dismissive and rude.
Burger was ordered without tomato. It came with tomato. But the cook made a fresh one without tomato and brought it to our table. Great service. Thank you!!
