Order here online when I got food it was all wrong called to get replacement and manager was very rude and said they would replace I said do you want my name she said no we go by your number I then proceeded to ask her name she said they don't give out there names since when does a manger conceal there name. Well anyways went back a few days later to get my correct order went up to counter and a manager with tattoos on her face gave me attitude before I could even say anything no name tag of course so I go to explain they should have my number written down for there mess up and she says they go by name then I told her thats not what the manager said on that day. I asked her name and she said they don't give names I knew right then it was her I talked to on the phone and she wouldn't give me my food a was yelling and swearing and throwing things around well then she goes over to where the sandwiches come out and starts smashing People's food saying one day she gonna show up with a gun and kill everyone. This person has tons of bad reviews from this Burger King on Yelp it's all almost the same tattoo faced manager yelling, she must be having special favors for management to still have a job. If you see tatto manager turn around and go somewhere else.

Everytime my husband gets me lunch at thus location its been pretty fresh, and everytime I went with my whopper is hot and my fries. I mean could asked us if we needed like salt or stuff like that. But not rude or nice just moderate. But im more about the food being fresh and right so I don't care about

Both times we stopped in here while traveling the restaurant was SUPER clean and all the employees were very friendly. Our orders were fast and correct and not sloppy. Also my son left his cell phone in the bathroom and the GM safely held it for 2 weeks until we were able to come back and pick it up! Talk about customer service!

We don’t usually come here, maybe once a month, but the food was great and fresh as well. It took a while but it was worth the wait. The environment is clean and there’s great service, with the girl bringing food to the table. We might even come back.Kid-friendliness: The crowns are really great for the kids.

We went there at 9:10 pm, and looked at the sign saying dine-in is open until 10. I tried opening the door and it was locked. There was a younger girl in there cleaning and when we tried asking through the window why they were closed she acted like she didn’t understand. We tried asking her again and she proceeded to mess with her headset and start cleaning again.

I am 100% confused on how this store is still open. Nothing ever works, they are out of mostly everything and the people there are SOOOO RUDE! Oh, let’s not forget that you don’t get half the food you pay for and then the other half isn’t prepared correctly. Tonight my husband went in and ordered me a double cheeseburger with a fry. They gave him a double hamburger AND NO FRY! We will never EVER be going back. I’m writing this review to help someone else out and save them their time and hard earned money. This place should’ve been shut down the week it opened!

This is not the first time that I've got home and found out my order was not correct. I ordered two single cheeseburgers "PLAIN" along with two orders of fries, and even repeated it to the person running the drive-through. I get home, and both burgers have the works on them. My wife will not eat the burger, so she gets just fries for lunch. I do not live close enough to return the order and talk with the manager. I shouldn't have to check my order every time before leaving. Does the burger in the picture look plain? The order clearly says plain for both burgers.

Ordered a kids' meal and a whopper meal. Got home, and there was no burger in my kids' meal. Just a bag of fries. I dont live in Beloit, so it wasnt even worth it to drive back. Be sure to check your order before you leave!
