The only good thing I can say about the place is that appears to be pretty clean, if you like hardcore rap music and sub par customer service this restaurant maybe right for you, and they also sell Mexican food out of this location as well! Not sure how Chesters franchise got into that racket, I wasn’t impressed with the food I purchased, chicken seemed to have been under a heat lamp for many hours. Typical fast food service for Beloit.

Chester's Chicken is okay, but not what I was hoping it would be. The name harkens to the legacy of previous years, but now it's basically a fast food place that focuses more on ethnic Mexican food than on its namesake, chicken. I had the chicken tenders and potato wedges, which were so-so, but the deep fried corn-on-the-cob was a pleasant surprise.

Took a long time to get chicken. Understandable, but the chicken doesn't seem to have the same flavor that it used to. Also, chicken was put in box on top of biscuits and corn, squishing the biscuits a bit.

I really do love this place, my only real issue is that the staff that has taken my orders has literally no enthusiasm. I get it... I'd rather not be inside a restaurant on a beautiful day, but I want to feel like a restaurant wants my business. Not like they wish i want there so they could keep playing with their phones. That being said I've always been totally satisfied with my food. A couple of times they didn't quite have something I wanted and happily offered a substitute. The quality of their food has always been top notch and I'll continue to visit them.

26.00 for absolutely nothing. Chicken was cooked in old grease. Mashed potatoes was from a pouch. Mac n cheese was from a tub and so processed. You guys should be a shame. Wont be coming back, wish I could get a refund.

What the menu on their website and in the pictures is not what you get. 3pc combo meal includes 3 pc chicken, 3 wedges, 1 side, 1 bun and 1 pop. I ordered 2 meals, went home, found wedges and buns missing. Drove back, as no one would answer the phone, only to be told that potato wedges are not part of the meal. I showed them the menu from their website and was still told not included. Looked at the pictures of the combo meal, showing wedges but told nope. I overpaid for what I got. Will never return.
