Stopped in for our first time last night with my boyfriend and two teenage brothers. We ordered pizza, mozzarella sticks, pretzels and beer cheese (their beer cheese is sooooo good!), and Happy Hour nachos. Everything we ordered was delicious! And they have a big menu with so many very good sounding items, it was hard to choose what we ordered! Love how the Happy Hour food items switch out every day! And $3 margaritas!! Our server/bartender was amazing! He was friendly, kind, patient, and attentive. Checked multiple times how things were going, on top of refills, and was just all around great. They even have a basketball hoop that kept my brothers very entertained while we waited for our food. We all had a great time here and will definitely be coming back!

Customer service skills get a zero from me. I watch them be mean to a homeless man that was trying to make an honest living selling little things that they make. I definitely will never support a business that doesn't support others that are trying to earn and honest dollar. Not to mention a business owner that actually put their hands and broke this individual's product. It really saddens me that I had to be a witness to this situation. I hope the homeless man succeeds in life to laugh in their face.

HORRIBLE service! Visited on a Thursday evening, they weren't busy, but apparently only had one server. That server was at another table, still chatting while we came in, seated ourselves, then waited for like 15 minutes before my friend finally got up to ask someone who the server was. We ordered our food, that didn't take too long before coming out, but the fried pickles were no good(and I LOVE fried pickles). I got 2 chicken strips and a mountain of fries. The lady wearing a "Mrs. Coach" shirt asked us how our food was as she was sitting down at the table behind us to live stream the one man band guy that was playing terrible live music. I needed ketchup for all those fries, not a bottle, server, or bartender in site & Mrs. Coach was obviously too busy with doing a social medial live stream to really care about the customers. We wanted to play on some of the slots but a group of 4 people were using the game machines as their personal bar space, they weren't playing the games, but took up all the chairs, had their drinks, phones, and cigarettes on the games in the cup holders....... mind you the bar was WIDE OPEN with only 2 customers sitting on the opposite side & I seldom saw a bartender. So the bar lost money by allowing people to use the games as tables while not even playing them. As we sat..... and sat...... and sat....... waiting for the other half(we ordered 2 carry out meals)...... the temperature in there was FREEZING. We were shivering, had to yell to talk to each other because of that loud annoying one man band, some Noah James Hitter or something, loudly mumbled lyrics that neither of us could even understand.....I never was able to get any ketchup, I didn't eat my fries. I was so cold, I only ate 1 chicken strip the whole time, everything got cold as I waited endlessly for someone that I could ask for ketchup. Server never asked how our food was, he also knew nothing about anything on the menu. Never checked if we needed drink refills, which I did need. Brought out our to-go meals, but no checks. Even the takeout food was cold before I heard the server ask someone else if he was ready for his check & I thought he was talking to me, so I loudly said, "yes please!" Fortunately he heard me & Brought our bills/checks out. I paid in cash & he never offered me my change or thanked me for it as he kept it all as a tip. I will not be returning. Both Mr & Mrs Coach were there.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted to like the place.... but nope! Menu also says you get a complimentary smore with every meal...... it wasn't mentioned or offered to us, nor did we get any smores even though we had 2 dine-in meals and 2 carry-out meals(no smores in the carry out containers either. Disappointed to say the least. Don't waste your time if your looking for a nice place to eat!

This has been my best take out experience in Beloit. The food was good, the packaging was thoughtful and sturdy. The staff was curious and genuinely professional.I am a woman of color from Chicago, and my experience in this small town leaves much to be desired, but I will return to Coach's with a smile on my face with my money ready.

Well I made a Horrible choice for a Friday meal! Called ahead for a Pork chop dinner.To dine in. I give it a 3.5 star! Down hill from there. After ten minute wait for any greetiing from female bartender was a ignorant, Hello, do you want something drink? As she turn turned away to attend to something else on the cash register. I waited.Gave her a drink order and let her know that i ordered a PC dinner for dine in.She was aware of the order. However brought the order in To Go containers. Cold Jambalya soup ; stale potatoes;horrible guy singing. Probally sounds great at the Dane county jail. Save your money.
When we walked in there was no one else there a girl came up and gave us menus right away and took our drink order my sisters soda tasted like it had just been changed super flat for $3.00 fountain pop the pretzel sticks n curds were good but everything on the menu was way overpriced and there was no kids menu. The menu itself was just all over the place. When we got our food my sister got potato wedges as a side and only got 3 with her chicken sandwich they were huge n not cooked enough and my burger was dry. The prices online are cheaper than their menu prices that's why we decided to go there. Not a good first experience its just not a place I'll visit again or recommend to anyone.

Great fish fry. Burgers were a bit on the pricey side, but were 1/2 lb and tasted great. Fries were served in mini fryer baskets. Really cute!

We've been a couple times for drinks but hadn't tried the food until now. The fries are the bomb and my fried cod was HUGE. Was afraid that the breading might be too much but was pleasantly surprised by how light and crispy it was. Not real greasy either. Ordered the 2 piece and should have order the one piece. lol Hubby ordered the chicken strips and he said they were good. Staff seems super fun. I really wanted to give 5 stars but we both were pretty hot. We might have stayed a bit longer if we were a bit more comfortable. We will definitely be back though.

Sooo my boyfriend and I went to eat here, we sat down and the table was sticky. We got our menus and our drinks and the drinks were mostly water. not what we ordered. Then we go to order food, which priced went up big time. Totally understand if covid the excuse for that. Well then we get our appetizer, that was good. Then we get our food. Not only is my boyfriend food sweet and sour chicken covered in garlic and parmesan, but they offered me ranch in which was really tartar sauce after I didnt say anything about sauce with my wings. Pretty sure that was on purpose for my boyfriend and I discussing their prices went up pretty much $5 in front of the employee. Here I am, now at home sick because I was given tartar sauce. Thanks coaches. We will NOT be returning.
