The truth is, in my point of view, the place is good and everything, but the bad thing is that they only play sapatado music and the truth is that the best thing is that they sweep because the same thing is boring because it is like the food that if you eat the same thing every day it gets boring. In my point of view, to please the general public, music bars have to play merengue, salsa, cumbia, bachta, etc. a little bit of everything.....

Omg where do I start...!?Ok so, last night was my bday and we decided to go dancing al "Coyotes" man did we messed up!To start it was a $20cash cover, ok we pay vamos a bailar. Pero cerraron una pista and cramped people in the dungeon room. It wasn't even crawded nor packed, there was a little grupo playing on stage and there were a few empty tables along the wall, we didn't wanted to be standing so we start to head over to a table, and to be able to sit at a table was $70!!!!! After we paid $20per person to get in!!!!!We stood by the bar where there's usually bar stools,we weren't gonnat pay that much for a table! Well these thirsty fools removed them so people would have NO OTHER CHOICE but to pay if wanted to seat? Anyway, we order our drinks Malibu & pineapple and the drink 8oz were$15 ea.!!!! And the water bottle from aldi's brand was $6.00 a bottle when not even el 24pk costs that much!needless to say after all if these bs, we left an hour & over $100 later. Coyotes owners son unos sanganos abusones si quieren cobrar tanto por nada, si quiera arreglen su pinchi changarro rascuacho que apesta a Aguas negras quieren cobrar como si fuera un club en Chicago y nada que ver! Abusones!!!!

If you see an advertisement that it is free before 9:00pm. Don't eat, they charge at the door. Man at the door stated that in the free entrance if you have courtesy tickets. Won't be coming back.In the advertisement it says that it is free before 9:00 pm. At the door they charge and they say that on the facebook page it says that with a special ticket you enter for free. The first time I come here and it tastes bad.

The place is small, there are 2 music-hungry people, they don't have an ATM. It is better to carry cash. They close between 1:30 am and 2:00 am. The bar is very limited with drinks, there are no snacks, but sometimes there are food trucks outside that also charge only in cash...

Good place to unwind from your weekday stuff and have a good time on the weekend, they have great services, music, dancing.
We arrived there on Halloween weekend at about 1:40 am. They still made us pay the $10 cover, which was very surprising. Red flag! But we proceeded. We then order 2 doubles Tito's from the bar. Some how they didn't have club soda or roses lime lol. Those are standard, run of the mill mixers. If I'm paying to get in, I expect the place to have a fully stocked bar. That's silly to not have regular mixers. The bartender was like, "we have Pepsi." Lol she really suggested Pepsi for the substitute for club soda and roses lime. What kind of bartender does this? Like no other suggestions of available mixers were suggested. Just Pepsi lol. So we order the Tito's with pineapple. We get the drinks and the total is....wait for it...$48!!!! For 2 double Tito's! I went to Vegas in August. The drinks at Coyotes cost more than any drinks I purchased in Vegas! Worth mentioning, it's located in South Beloit Illinois lol. The inside is merely decent. Not worth the cover. Drinks are highway robbery! Stay far, far away from Coyotes if you value your hard earned money. Coyotes is a money grab! There are far better places in the state line area that are reasonably priced. You don't get what you pay for. So it was $68 for 2 covers and 2 drinks and my experience was less than stellar to say the least. If you want to charge these prices, then step up your game. Stock your bar, hire knowledgeable bartenders, and elevate the overall aesthetics in the place. This is South Beloit not Vegas!

They go from bad to worse, supposedly they have 3 tracks to play different music on each one and on the northern one they play bachata, merengue and all kinds of music except northern, and besides it seems that the DJ who has been there the last two times does it for free I went and played the oldest music, if that's what DJs are for, so they can play new music and according to the track where they are playing, so I don't even want to go back. And I don't give it fewer stars because it can't be done.
