The one here in Beloit has the best customer service! Occasionally I've gotten my order messed up, but the employees are actually friendly and pleasant to speak to, which is more than I can say for most places now days.

It's fairly average all across the board. Don't expect the service to be the same all the time. You're going to have your fair share of messed up orders ranging from missing condiments or getting the wrong meal. Overall, not bad and good back up if you don't feel like cooking a meal.
