Our DQ stores have new owners and things are not as good as before. Service is pretty slow. You wait extended time periods for your order. This is at both locations. Also I ordered a frozen cupcake and there was only around a half inch of ice cream in the bottom. It was filled with the topping instead of ice cream. So you actually get frozen whipped topping with a little crumb and ice cream for almost a dollar more. Won't be back.
The 2nd time I have ordered through door dash and dairy queen has not given me what I ordered. The first time I ordered a crispy chicken salad and when it came there was no chicken on it. This time I ordered onion rings and they were over cooked and hard as rocks plus I ordered a meal and didn’t get the pop. I’m very disappointed in the Cranston rd Dairy Queen and will not be ordering from them anymore.

Went back to get my cake for my birthday for the second year in a row back in August. The wonderful girl that iced my cake, she went above and beyond. That thing didn't have much visible surface left. Cranston Rd location has earned my repeat business!

The place was nasty, dirty, fingerprints, and smudges on the countertop. The person doing the cooking had a ponytail flopping everywhere. Service was slow. The only thing we went for was a vanilla cone and a cherry dipped cone. The person that came in and ordered chicken tender meal after use got his order first only because they had it sitting in a box waiting on someone to order tenders.
