Went back to get my cake for my birthday for the second year in a row back in August. The wonderful girl that iced my cake, she went above and beyond. That thing didn't have much visible surface left. Cranston Rd location has earned my repeat business!

The place was nasty, dirty, fingerprints, and smudges on the countertop. The person doing the cooking had a ponytail flopping everywhere. Service was slow. The only thing we went for was a vanilla cone and a cherry dipped cone. The person that came in and ordered chicken tender meal after use got his order first only because they had it sitting in a box waiting on someone to order tenders.

Had to wait forever, like everyone mention. First bite had a giant white hair in my mouth. At least 2 inches long. The rest of the food was inedible. Literally as hard as a rock. I could not even squeeze the pretzel, my dog spit it out and wouldn't eat.
If you like hair and impossible to eat food, this is for you!

Food and service was excellent! We stayed for about 3 hours and never once was made to feel uncomfortable.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a little difficult with my walker, especially if it were busy, so in my opinion it would be awfully hard with a wheelchair, but I certainly would figure it out. I love Dairy Queen!!

Ordered 1 4 PC regular chicken strip with onion rings and 1 bbq 4 PC with onion rings. Both was bbq when I get home. I call and they put my name down for one next time I am in. Ok next time Both are bbq when I get home, I go back to get it fixed. They took the bbq one back in store with my receipt and fixed me a regular. I get home and it has fries instead of the onion rings and they kept my receipt. Also a 4 PC chicken strip with onion rings, no drink is $10.59 plus tax.Just isn't worth it anymore!!!

Service was horrible. Disrespectful workers. Over charged me and threw my blizzards at me one almost fell out the window will never go back. Also none of our "blizzards" are blizzards. They came with kids on them and a spoon. We can't use the spoon we have to use straws or just drink it. Very upsetting. I called and the lady gave me even more attitude she told me to call on Monday but I'm not waiting I will be calling tomorrow and on Monday and as many times as I need to until something is done. Something was extremely wrong with the.. both my guys are in the bathrooms throwing up. One was a animal cookie and one was a brownie with recess pieces
