Service was horrible. Disrespectful workers. Over charged me and threw my blizzards at me one almost fell out the window will never go back. Also none of our "blizzards" are blizzards. They came with kids on them and a spoon. We can't use the spoon we have to use straws or just drink it. Very upsetting. I called and the lady gave me even more attitude she told me to call on Monday but I'm not waiting I will be calling tomorrow and on Monday and as many times as I need to until something is done. Something was extremely wrong with the.. both my guys are in the bathrooms throwing up. One was a animal cookie and one was a brownie with recess pieces

48 minutes order was wrong. Forgot my chili dog and 6pk of dilly bars. Very rude and all employees had earbuds in. Tried asking for the ice cream they couldn’t hear me. Go figure.

We went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 blizzards and a medium ice cream in a dish. We had to wait in line after ordering for over 15 minutes while a car 3 vehicles ahead of us waited for their food order. By the time we got our ice cream and drove the 2 miles home we had nothing but a melted mess. Please people, if you want to order food why not go in and not hold up the line or else the people at DQ could park the car and bring it out. A waste of over $20.00.

Young teen gal w red hair us rudeeeeee. Also I constantly have to repeat myself 3 times every time I use drive thru. girl w red asked me to come closer...i knew it was her as she had the same snarky attitude...I'm in a car.....maybe system needs update if others have complained about speaker system as well....last wk I repeated my order no joke 4x!!!!! And when I went up to window girl w red hair was in back ground yelling....u said u didn't want that!!! I said well if I didn't have to repeat myself 4x maybe u could of heard my order and she was at the window glaring at me.....wthhhh....not going back smh....I deal w financial institution customer service daily.....the way she was going off over ice cream is weird...attitude adjustment definitely needed and a speaker system that works!!!!!!!!

Every time I come to this place I have to punch another hole in my already Swiss cheese like belt, if I get any fatter on thier ice cream I'll have turned into a perfect sphere with a super deep belly button.

This place needs employees that take their job seriously. Triple stack burger bacon ranch with large fry and large coke. I get a triple cheeseburger med fry and med drink. I say hey it was suppose to be a large. On no problem I’ll fix that. I’m thinking cool. I don’t know for sure but my drink is just a little over 3/4 full in a large cup. ???? I think they just dumped the med drink in large glass. Anyways no large fry. Wrong burger. Truly disappointing. Won’t go here again.Update to replyIve given this location multiple chances. Out of bananas, out of strawberries, multiple times given wrong order. I just dont leave a low review based on one time. Leadership starts at the top. Lead a better team. If they cant hear the order, then repeat the order back to the customer. Fixes these problems. Plus look at the replies from the owner. Nothing more than a sorry and hope you come back. Practically a copy and paste on review. We know you're really listening.
