Hey all, it's the Superman Blizzard lady. These people have been genuinely so nice to me since I moved to Beloit. I'm going through a really hard time right now personally, and these guys are always professional, fast, and they really mix in a lot of good ingredients. I've never been disappointed. I absolutely love the staff, and I have ordered in the drive-thru and through DoorDash. Fantastic business, first time I've ever reviewed a chain restaurant.

Went there and they could not hear. Asked us to repeat our order 4 times. Got to the window and they were in there arguing about orders. Did not put lids on our drinks or ice cream. It was a complete hot mess.
