The food was really good, no complaints there. Prior to visiting I was reading through other reviews and a lot of them mention the lack of smiling from the staff, and those reviews do seem to hold true. Working in the food industry isn't always the best so I completely understand. Despite the lack of smiles, the one staff member we interacted with was very nice. When the milkshake I had ordered didn't come out with our food initially, she upgraded it to a large free of charge.
The employees at this location are absolutely rude and unpleasant. These teenagers need an attitude check. They lack respect and customer service. I will no longer support this company due to the staff and the experience today.

Staff messed up my order. Drove back to get my missing item with a long wait. The person waiting on me wanted to refund me because it was their mistake. The manager felt it was sufficient enough to offer fries, which we already received. Very disappointed in manager.

3rd time trying this place and the 2nd time I've gotten the completely wrong order given. This time it was extra disappointing as it was the only thing I wanted after delivering my baby, not only did I not get what I wanted but what we did get wasn't even close to the cost of what we paid.
