I can’t write a review for Palermo’s because they have turned off the review option- the food and service are trash!
Went to pick up a pizza and was told they had a mishap and would need to remake it… so was asked to park and wait another 25 minutes….
Once the pizza came out it was wrong… the manager Anthony refused to refund us and was very rude. The pizza tasted awful and I paid for toppings I never received and was treated badly and had my time wasted.
Never buying from there again

Ordered Delivery, woman on the phone told me an hour and it took pretty much exactly an hour I was very disappointed in the food, my sauce was completely separated and my tortellini were overcooked and falling apart. Garlic bread that comes with the meal is not homemade, has good flavor, but was completely cold and pretty much soggy when I got it, still ate the entire piece Probably will never order from here again

Worst carry out lasagna I've ever had. Walmart boxed frozen is better flavor,texture n taste. Was big pile of grease,sauce and no lasagna in it barely

We used to dine in the dining room for years until it was closed permanently. We prefer eating Italian meals there. Now, we have been visiting other Italian restaurants.

Unfortunately didn't get to eat. Drove from out of town to sit down and have nice meal for birthday but place was closed and instead merged with a dine in carry out joint only :(
Will try some.other time but we had no where to sit down and eat lol Hopefully I can update my review if somewhere on here it would be updated that this place is no longer open

I just want to say a huge thank you to whoever packed my food, the corner was open and cheesy sauce went all over my car and myself. Thankful I keep napkins in my car because I sure wasn’t given any or offered them at all. I was also at work and ate this for lunch so I look amazing going back with sauce all over me.

Ordered delivery. Worse Italian food I've ever had. The pasta was undercooked there was about an inch of water in bottom of container and nothing on pasta no sause nothing just 1 very small meatball. Shrimp scampi was horrible I will never order from here again their food is gross
