The first time was a pumpkin muffin which she recieved a cinnamon muffin instead and was told they substitute it if they run out of something. Didn't tell her nor did they issue a refund for what was supposed to be a pumpkin muffin.
The second time was a nutty pumpkin latte which she described was disgusting compared to the day before.
I been rocking with yall for awhile and I understand opening up early can be difficult but guys come on now. Showing consistency in making errors tells me you don't care. I don't wanna believe that.

Never go here. I worked here and let me tell you the manager absolutely does not care about the workers and customers well beings. This place might as well be a circus and the manager be the main clown. Go to the other Dunkin in Beloit that's downtown, not this one.

Wow! It's been YEARS since I had donuts. So, driving through Beloit my friend wanted to stop for a treat. I have to admit the donuts were DELICIOUS ? I think I actually ate most of them!‼️ Very fresh & perfectly amazing. To h*ll with never indulging ???

the staff at this particular dunkin location is the worst i’ve ever experienced at any dunkin in the country. they are slow, unresponsive and unfriendly. i preorder my drink ahead of time on the app and it STILL takes almost 10 mins to get just 1 coffee! and it’s been lukewarm the last three times. avoid this location at all costs. they simply don’t care. the kids that work here seem like they’re just simply trying to make it thru their shift without actually doing their jobs! step it up ppl!
