I go to the Beloit Dunkin out of convenience. Even with a line, they’re faster than Starbucks. But the number of times they’ve gotten my order wrong is insane. More often than not, I get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. 3 times just this week alone, they put it on a croissant. Even my receipts showed bagel. I occasionally get the chorizo wrap, but on several occasions the center of the wrap is cold. Not cold as in cooled down before I get to work, I mean cold as in just came out of the freezer and wasn’t cooked long enough. The outer parts are warmer than the center. I’m not real picky about coffee, I’ll drink it anyway, but it’s pretty clear they don’t follow their own recipes. I don’t change things up or ask for more or less of an ingredient. Very simple. Either vanilla or butter pecan, with cream, and with whatever the preset amounts are in the app when ordering ahead. I rarely deviate. The difference from one day to another is just odd. They clearly do not pay attention to what they’re doing.

I was the only one in the store for the 30 minutes I was there.There were 6 employees goofing off the whole time. They were loud,swearing, on their phones.It was very unpleasant to sit in the lobby
It is just very much of a bummer to always come to this specific store and the girl taking the order is just so polite. She is horrible so horrible I come to this store a lot because it’s the only one in Beloit. Somebody needs to really check in on this store, I was there last today, 20 December 2023 at 6:45 in the morning and they are slow because they really don’t care but then who really does care but your management should be able to hire people that care

If you want cold food that should be hot, this is the place for you! Sure the service is quick but it doesn’t matter if you have to go back for hot food.

This Dunkin needs a new captain to run the ship. They are always out of essentials, milk, whipped cream, popular ice cream, donuts and one time they were out of COFFEE! I’m not sure how that happens....They need someone experienced to run the drive through, or help the new people run it.The staff has said they are frustrated because the shake machines are broken / worn out. It’s hard to do a good job if the equipment fails you and you have no stock to fill the needs of the customers.The staff in general are nice but seem frustrated for obvious reasons.I beg this location and Scott to make it better. I was told Scott is the owner.This location is close to our home and we are trying to keep giving you our business, but we are on the verge of taking our business elsewhere.

Shut this place down the people do not care line or no line you can bet your sweet as they will serve up disappointment. Can’t even call to speak with anyone goes str8 to voicemail. Ask for extra almond milk they literally will not put it in I don’t know why I try . Look to see if they possibly Mia heard me they didn’t even put a sticker on to show what they put in . Throw the whole store away
