Low marks this visit, had to wait almost 30 minutes for a sub. Seemed very disorganised. Food was good, but not worth the wait at that price.

They didn’t greet us or say anything when we walked in and had earbuds in so they couldn’t hear us when we were ordering. We were very nice about it but I feel like we won’t be going back to this one since it was an uncomfortable experience.

First time at this location. The subs were excellent. We had the tuna on white bread & pastrami on wheat bread. Workers were friendly & our food was made to perfection. ?

I'm not sure sure how hard it is make a sandwich but when the employees can't make it correctly 2 times it's pointless to have them try a 3rd time.

We stopped here for the first time and it was delicious! We were at the location just off of I90 interstate and the young man that was working the front was so polite and we could tell he was a hard worker . This was at 11:00 on April 6th, didn’t catch his name but hats off to him! Will definitely eat at one of these again!

Here ya go FIREHOUSE SUBS IN BELOIT! since y’all wanna give me cold soup I’m giving you a poor review ??‍♀️ I don’t pay expensive prices for your low quality service. My soup was supposed to have cheese which it didn’t as usual when I order from there. Then my soup was so cold I had to microwave it because it was clumped together ! You guys are one word a JOKE . With piss poor service that you provided I won’t be telling anyone to eat there again! Zero stars from me if I could. Keep in mind my dasher took 10 mins total getting my order and it was already cold by the way it was clumped together
