First time having Firehouse Subs. Went into it very excited. Left very disappointed. 2 stars only as the place seemed clean. Staff seemed all hung over. Ordered steak sub. Came with no onions or green peppers - only meat and cheese. Ordered Mac and cheese - very cold and hard.
Way too pricy for what you get.
I may have just come at a bad time. I won’t be back.

I ordered my food ahead of time on the app and it said it would be ready at 5 45 so I left about 20 min ahead of time since it's 15 min away and I got there at 5 30 and my food was already sitting out so if I did come at 5 45 my food would have been cold and all my sandwiches are supposed to be hot. And then when I got home all 5 of my sandwiches didn't even come with a pickle. Usally this place is good but I was disappointed this time.

The food is fairly consistent and usually enjoyable. The service is hit or miss sometimes adequate, more times than not rude and dismissive, and occasionally very nice. The restaurant is 100% of the time disgustingly dirty all the way from the bathrooms to the tables to the walls to the floors to the pop machines. It is a great concern that if everything the customer sees can be this filthy, what are the food prep areas like? I honestly wish this was a better run restaurant and had employees that cared so that there would be more offerings in Beloit as far as fast service restaurants. We limit our trips here because of the issues.

Have been coming to this location for quite some time. I would not recommend coming in on Wednesdays. Today the staff could care less. Cashier is more concerned with playing on his phone. Tables are incredibly dirty, the drink machine is disgusting, everything is out of stock.

Some of the best subs !! Sorry, ate it all already, so no pics. Downloaded the app, because I was getting food for 5 coworkers. Thought it would be easier. EVERY thing was great

Good food and service was friendly.
1st time trying, was pleased with the taste and quality of our sandwiches, the different sizes available is perfect. We'll definitely be back now
