Good food and service was friendly.
1st time trying, was pleased with the taste and quality of our sandwiches, the different sizes available is perfect. We'll definitely be back now
I have been coming to the Beloit, Wi. location for a couple of years. Since the change in manager about a month ago EVERYTHING has become subpar. I will begin with the lack of cleaning in the dining room. Every table was dirty. No ice in the machine and no napkins in the dispenser. The staff smelled like marijuana which would explain the dining room. I ordered my sandwich on wheat bread and it was served on white bread. Also my husband's sandwich was missing requested ingredients. The service and atmoshpere has seriously gone downhill. Maybe I will take a weekly trip to the Janesville location from now on. This was the worst experience at this location I have ever had. I came in on 5/14/2025 around 5pm.

These subs r on fire! The best I have ever ate!!!
I paid almost $30 for two sub meals. I asked for green peppers, pickles, and cucumbers. There were maybe 5 green pepper pieces, zero cucumbers and a few big pickle chunks. The sandwich was super soggy! Will not be back and I don’t recommend it.

Evidently when you know the person working behind the counter and she makes your food first as soon as you walk though the door and then you get your food before the 3 people in line that already paid and we have to wait. That’s BS
I love this Firehouse. Never a bad meal or poor service.
Service was quick, staff was friendly, and food was tasty.
