My husband and I typically with get a large sandwich and split it. I told my husband let's split the sub and the staff overheard us. They cut the sandwich in half and put them on separate trays with our own pickle each!!! That was so nice!!!! Thanks!!!We had the steak and cheese. It was good!I love the steak and cheese sandwich, the spicy meatball sub, and spicy pepperoni meatball sub!They are spicy so if you have heartburn be prepared. I love the spicy meatball sub. The brownies tasty delicious. I chose not to get one this time, I'm watching my snacking, but I'll be back.The inside dining area is set up like all the firehouse subs. They are almost or are all identical. Clean environment. Friendly staff.I wish there were more Firehouse Subs around. But when I see one I stop in.
This place has great food but man the staff lacks energy. Walk in and say good afternoon and Happy Father’s Day. Literally no response. They will ask you to round up though. Little hospitality will go along way.

Placed a large lunch order to pick up for work. Ended up having to break it up into two orders because for some weird reason, not explained on the online ordering portal, it wouldn’t take 12 lunches in one purchase. Once the shop was open, I could call and they walked n my e through it. The staff as very helpful. They carefully double checked the order as they packed it up. Food tasted good. The whole gang at the office appreciated this meal quality. Would do this again.

I love Firehouse subs. This chain restaurant is one of my favorites when on a road trip. Staff was friendly. Their salads are excellent. They are made like a salad and not like a sub that is just stuffed into a bowl.

Sandwiches are good, service is good. A $10+ sandwich should include a soda and chips.
We don't eat out very much due to my wife having Celiac so we tried this sub shop out tonight because they have gluten free options and these sandwiches are amazing. Will definitely be eating here again. Clean, friendly and quick service. Great job to the Beloit Firehouse Subs crew!!

You can't say anything negative about Firehouse! I like the turkey bacon ranch and my great-niece loves the hook and ladder. So GOOD!

I took my little brother here because he really wanted it after we went to walmart and when we walk in the tables and the floors were really dirty and he tried to pick the cleanest table possible but it was still pretty dirty and the employees were talking bad about the store while in front of customers
