Ordered for delivery around 1130. I requested it be delivered in the future at 1215-1225. I got a notification stating my order was out for delivery at 1144am. I never received my order. I called the store at 1250, after receiving a notification that my order WAS delivered. They told me the driver was new and they would contact him, she then told me he just left it in the lobby because there was not a buzzer. Unfortunately for that driver, I do not live in a complex that has a lobby. The address is directly to my front door. The lady on the phone had no clue what to say, When she received a driver back at the store, they would remake my order and get it to me. No apologies or even a time frame of when I would get my order.
If I order extra oil and vinegar I shouldn't have to explain i want to use a napkin.
Where's the wet stuff? 3 times in 6 weeks.... you broke me. I can make it myself correctly at home. Cheaper.
Thank you for reminding me spending 20 minutes to get 10 minutes of bad service is worth opening the fridge.
Sure let's start toasting our sandwiches now. Why buy a sandwich shop and change how things are done. JIMMY JOHNS was great the way it was. I am from Charleston Illinois where the shop originated. I bet you have new pronouns for everything now too. This is no longer Jimmy Johns. I haven’t bought Jimmy Johns since they changed the size of the sandwiches.
How come every time I go inside this location, they are rude and pushing customers away. Also, there is food all over the kitchen floor. I asked for the sub to be toasted and it sure wasn’t toasted. I miss great customer service! No wonder Chick-fil-A has customer retention and long lines. Maybe jimmy John’s should learn a thing or two
There is no reason a doordasher has to fill up customer's drinks themselves. AND, on top of that, they give a box as a drink carrier! So unprofessional.
Best sub I’ve had in a long time brought back memories of 14 yrs ago when I fell in love with Jimmy John’s, not to mention freaky fast delivery. I’m impressed.
The sandwiches were very good.
Ordered online for delivery. Lettuce is brown, barely any mayonnaise. I asked to leave bread in. They removed it.
Always good food
Locked and closed their doors 15 minutes before close.

False advertisement. Pizza drivers arrive quicker than them. They are so slow you wait hours for a sandwich to be delivered. Super Slow Delivery is what they should advertise.

Arrived at 6:45 and it looked like they were closing - when I asked, I was told they close at 9:00. All but one super-tight booth had an overturned chair on the table. We sat at that booth - uncomfortably. Employees made no attempt to accommodate others who came in looking to dine in. Sandwiches were fine; soda tasted old. Disappointing.

I work down the street 2 min away and took them an hour
Jimmy John's--freaky....slow and unfriendly. I place my orders online about 5-10 mins before I arrive and still have to wait at least 15 mins. I learned that placing orders online is key because I've stood at the counter and got no service. The staff isn't friendly. Nobody greets you when you walk in and the snappy comments from them make it uncomfortable to wait for my food, almost like I've done something wrong by ordering. I like the food at Jimmy John's, but I hate going into this location.
