False advertisement. Pizza drivers arrive quicker than them. They are so slow you wait hours for a sandwich to be delivered. Super Slow Delivery is what they should advertise.

Arrived at 6:45 and it looked like they were closing - when I asked, I was told they close at 9:00. All but one super-tight booth had an overturned chair on the table. We sat at that booth - uncomfortably. Employees made no attempt to accommodate others who came in looking to dine in. Sandwiches were fine; soda tasted old. Disappointing.

Jimmy John's--freaky....slow and unfriendly. I place my orders online about 5-10 mins before I arrive and still have to wait at least 15 mins. I learned that placing orders online is key because I've stood at the counter and got no service. The staff isn't friendly. Nobody greets you when you walk in and the snappy comments from them make it uncomfortable to wait for my food, almost like I've done something wrong by ordering. I like the food at Jimmy John's, but I hate going into this location.

I walked in to place an order. I needed to order 4 subs. Not thinking that should be a big deal. WELL apparently, the girl at the counter made a smark remark about having a list. I think its VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. No thank you for your business. Nothing, to upset that I walked in with a piece of paper. Or how she put it "a list". Do better Jimmy John employees. You want to get paid for a Customer service Job, then serve your customers correctly.

Sometimes on the weekends our managers are kind enough to order lunch for us. They are not required to do so and we are always grateful to get it. We order from Jimmy John’s frequently. Twice recently, We have received a phone call from one of the staff at Jimmy John’s calling us out for ordering food without giving them 24 hour notice. They accused us of running them out of bread. We are ordering 15 to 16 sandwiches at a time when we order. Today they told us our delivery would take a couple of hours before we get it. It was ordered little after 11 AM. I guess I’m not understanding how you can run a business if you don’t want people to order your food. Not well done Jimmy John’s.
Brought our subs and forgot all of our sides and deserts except for one. 40 minutes and counting still waiting on them to bring it back. Food is good but the customer service is trash and seems to be getting worse not better.

Pissed, so sick of order food and having to wait about a hour n a half for a fricken sub. I call on hold for 20mins. I hangup call back put back on hold. Still no food!!!!! I paid almost 3.00 for this potato salad

I had the awesome experience on Friday evening, June 28th of the most inexperienced and rudist young lady take my order. Messed up our order and charged for a drink when my wife only drinks water. One of the 4 working that night seemed like a manager and did not get involved or assist in any way.
I have been to this JJ many times and yesterday was absolutely the worst customer experience ever. I will not give another penny to this location.
All you have to do is look at the recent reviews and you can see there are issues with this location.
No bueno for me going forward.

Food is decent but the customer service is as trash as you can get. Ordered food, the delivery driver put it on my inside porch. We came out to get it and the drink was dumped all over my porch and the cup set back up. Called to get the food replaced and they said they would. They call 15 minutes later and say the driver said she didn’t do It so they won’t replace the food. Are you serious? Of course the driver said she didn’t do it. Also why tf would I spill a soda all over my porch and a life jacket, set the food in it and then call and say the driver did it. Customer service is trash. Done with this place

This place purposely gives me a sandwich in the worst possible condition every time I pickup food from them. All because one time I ordered and they made the wrong sub so I called to let them know and they called me a liar so I let it go. I have people order from their account sometimes so I can have a regular sub.
