Ordered our pizzas at 8pm and were told 15-20 minutes for pickup. Showed up at approximately 8:25pm and we got told 6 more minutes 3 times. At 9pm I went in and asked for our pizza for the 4th time and they grabbed it out of the warmer and it was cold. The lady at the counter told us not to come back, but jokes on her we only ordered from here because Palermos was closed. After this experience we will NEVER be back and will let everyone know how terrible the customer service and food is. Quick tip, focus on your job and not being on your phones.The comment below from the owner is very inaccurate. I ordered and left with a large pepperoni pizza and a small cheese pizza. My order had NOTHING to do with a pepperoni and sausage pizza that was inaccuratly made. The counter girl did not listen and obviously messed up several customers orders that night, but it appears Juanitos does not take accountability for their actions. Also if the pizza takes 20 minutes to cook why did she say it would be 6 more minutes, multiple times. So before you reply to a review try to remember you are a business and this looks terrible on you. Maybe you should not lie about what customers say to fit your agenda. Also she did not tell me to leave she kept calling me sweetie and hunny in a condecending tone when i asked for my money back. After her constant attitude i told her to go Fu*k herself as I was leaving and she then told me not to come back. Honestly why in the world would I ever return after this experience anyway?? She is a horrible human being and should not work in a customer service environment. Worst pizza in Beloit. Worst customer service EVER.

Called in a pick up order. One small cheese and one large pepperoni. Was told "15 minutes but honestly more like 20" until it was ready. Showed up 25 minutes later and was told 6 more minutes. Waited went back in. Was told my order would just now be put into the oven. 7 minute wait. Came back and was told it would be an additional 7 minutes because the cook (who was on FaceTime the whole time I was there) had only put one pizza in the oven. Then after my GF pointed out the two pies sitting in the warmer we were given our order 30 minutes after arriving to pick it up. 30 minutes of run around while the cook talked on a personal call on FaceTime and the cashier nodded out from drugs. Needless to say the pizza was cold and flavorless, very little cheese. Service is dope heads scamming people. And all in all I wish I could give negative star reviews. Worst pizza in beloit. Horrible people. Don't eat here.

Worst pizza I’ve had. Just ordered a deep dish and it didn’t look nor taste like a deep dish, didn’t match the pictures we’ve seen either. It was like the crust was just super thick (and bland) with regular toppings. We spent $30 on this pizza and just super disappointed in it. Wouldn’t recommend. No offense to the owner/cook, maybe they cook it differently than normal but this was not it.

Been SOooo hungry for Taco Pizza & my daughter recommended this place so just ordered it today.. AMAZING!! The crust was even really good!My boyfriend picked it up & said the owner was super friendly & I agree! I asked for extra sour cream & poor guy had to run to store to get more.. I woulda had BF stop to get some instead if I had known but it's nice to no the owner wanted to keep a customer happy!He even threw in free cheesecake because he had to wait for the sour creamThank You for doing that!! I am sorry!But... highly recommended!!!???

I've had great experiences with this place whether it's delivery or pickup. I've encouraged myself to do pickup more as they have stamp cards to redeem a free pizza. Each time I've interacted with the employees they are easy to talk to, friendly and happy to fix anything that might have been an error. Try them at least once very delicious food! thank you Juanito's!
Vegetarian options: if you get breadsticks or spaghetti ask them to use the pizza sauce if your vegetarian because they use meat sauce for them. they were happy to accommodate.
