Accidentally ordered from this location. When I tried to call to cancel there was no ring and the automatic message said their mailbox was full so I've had to ask corporate for a refund.

I like that we have a Little Caesars in town. However, it totally depends on whose cooking that day (I like my pizza with heavy sauce and cooked longer....IJS 🤷🏽♀️). It can get really busy due to their the only Little Ceasars in town, so people place large orders. I would say if you're having a movie or carry out type of night, give them a try.

I completed an order on the app for drive thru pick up. My kid went to window only to see it was blocked off. I called the store and was told there was a sign (no sign) stating online only. I told her I did online for drive thru and was told to go into store and was hung up on. Please do better. This is second time in a row dealing with crappy customer service and attitudes. At least put an actual sign up if your not going to use the drive thru.

Use to like coming here but I won’t be anymore. This is like my 3rd time getting overcooked pizza & also got pepperoni pizza puffs but no pepperoni in them. I’m truly disappointed! Wasted my money, sadly threw it out cause it was hard to even bite on.

stopped coming here, decided to give em a shot, now i remember why i stopped, they NEVER cook the food all the way, the crust is raw dough almost , the crazy bread is way undercooked, just floppy cold dough .. but after 6 years in BeTROIT ive learned 99% of the workers in the town are lazy and dont care .. better off driving to janesville for fast food .... im being serious .

It's been quite a few years since I've ordered from here, but had a craving for some Detroit style and man has thus place improved!. Super friendly staff, the lady who was the manager tonight was very organized and food was done right on time based on the online order eta. Will repeat!

Front desk woman said she was the new manager in some conversation she was very charismatic and polite. Pizza looked excellent tasted good and they weren't skimpy on the ingredients. I think from previous reviews everyone said they had some bad experiences but at least for me 1:00 on a Saturday was excellent.
