Bought 15 pizzas online at 11am for pickup 15 minutes before close - pizzas were ready at almost the exact requested minute not too early or too late - they had automatically applied the coupon which was causing errors on the ap without me needing to ask - competence in employees does numbers and shows both in quality and reliability at this location unlike the remaining Janesville location which is almost unusable! Tipped both the workers 20 dollars for their trouble and my 3rd shift co-workers really enjoyed their pizza party

Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes going on an hour to pickup my order. When I finally got my food it’s FREEZING cold. It’s not even like it’s a busy day, it’s a random Tuesday and I just sat here for 45 minutes for cold old food. Just fantastic.

Accidentally ordered from this location. When I tried to call to cancel there was no ring and the automatic message said their mailbox was full so I've had to ask corporate for a refund.

Corbin just helped, I was a walk in, very friendly, professional and courteous. Couldn’t ask for more
I like that we have a Little Caesars in town. However, it totally depends on whose cooking that day (I like my pizza with heavy sauce and cooked longer....IJS 🤷🏽♀️). It can get really busy due to their the only Little Ceasars in town, so people place large orders. I would say if you're having a movie or carry out type of night, give them a try.

I completed an order on the app for drive thru pick up. My kid went to window only to see it was blocked off. I called the store and was told there was a sign (no sign) stating online only. I told her I did online for drive thru and was told to go into store and was hung up on. Please do better. This is second time in a row dealing with crappy customer service and attitudes. At least put an actual sign up if your not going to use the drive thru.
