The day was cold! We were seated by the door and with every opening the gist of cold wind was chilling. Our waitress was average. The atmosphere was bland. The restaurant mentioned that they cook their burgers medium well. I prefer mine with a little pink. I got the burger of the month (pb&j) and was underwhelmed. The bun was too big for the burger and the peanut butter and jelly were not evenly distributed.The French onion soup was mid. The broth was less flavorful than I would like. It had the appearance of French onion soup but the flavor was lacking.The French fries were tasty and the cheese dipping sauce was good.The hot chocolate was warm and tasted good. They put whipped cream on their shakes, why not on the hot chocolate.It was fine, nothing memorable and if I was in the neighborhood I would probably choose someplace else.The service was accurate and well timed.

Place is super clean. Dug into the strip of a small Wisconsin town. Food was amazing! 5 star burgers imo. I had the Mac and Cheese burger and my wife had the guacamole and jalapeno burger. Two thumbs up. Bellys happily full

We were there a little after 3 PM and there's no crowd. We order drinks and poof it was there. We had questions about the menu and proof the waitress was there. We ordered food and poof. It was there. The food was on the salty side for me.

worked here for almost 2 years.horrible place and worst management. Will let workers do no call/shows and not care. Also a very chaotic workplace nothing is organized. Will reheat soggy fries and serve them. Does not train people right literally majority does not know about cross contamination or will use the same gloves and text on the phone and then go ahead and touch the food products. Food is literally either a hit or miss depending on who’s in the kitchen here.

Meh. Wouldn't go back. General manager doesn't have much of a voice or control of restaurant. Waited another half hour bc she lets walk ins come in and be seated before ppl on the waitlist. Poor service and extended wait time not worth the mediocre meal
