I took my grandson for lunch, we just used the drive-thru. I don't know who was cooking today but it was the best burger from mc Donald's I've had in about 3 years. The cook did amazing. I tried to call the store so I could tell the manager what a good job they did today. (Drive-thru workers were very nice too.) So yep, you guessed it, they had to wreck it buy picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. Rude and bad customer service.

NEVER hand your debit / credit card to the person at the drive in window. I did that once and the guy at the window rolled back away from the window where I couldn't see him, and 15 minutes later I got a fraud alert from my bank. The kid at the window must have taken photos of the front and back of my card. The $45 fraud pointed to a gaming system in Wisconsin. I had to get a new account and card from my bank. I now only use my phone for tap to pay, and never let them touch my phone. Be careful people.

I like this McDonald’s. The staff is pretty friendly and they do their best to get your food out on time.
The only (minor) thing I think could be improved is paying more attention to what condiments customers ask for. I always ask for honey with my chicken and I am typically given honey mustard which I do not like. When I have clarified in the past what condiments I want when giving my order, I’ve felt that the drive thru staff seem to get a bit annoyed. I think this place overall is great, but it is a bit frustrating to always get the wrong sauce.

Constantly forget to add bacon to items that come with it! The beef is constantly undercooked, pink and raw in the middle!
1st issue - Aweful service my wife is gluten free(non-celiac) they would NOT substitute anything for the bisuit in the big breakfast asked for anything in place of the biscuit and they refused yet still charged full price. The ration was ungodly pathetic, she even asked the manager and there were no options given just a solid NO but still charged full price, , ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How petty, to NOT sub a hashbrown instead of a a biscuit for christ sake, what a joke. 2nd - Unclear speaker at drive-thru she sounded like she was a mushroom talking to a corncob through a damn drainage tube. Please repeat that for the 8th time cheap-o!!! 3rd - We saw a used condom and a lot of random trash scattered in the drive thru, sidewalk to the building, in the landscaping, and ALL over parking area. Do t they have someone that can go out and tidy up a bit? 4th - steak egg and cheese McBagel was half black scorched. Ive NEVER had anything this overcooked from McDonald's before. 5th we got our food a solid 10 minutes before we got our 2 coffees, and we're told to drive around the building to the double doors, but I had to have her repeat the instructions once again because she was walking away from the #2 drive through window when she was speaking to me....HOW RUDE. And im not sure if the manager brought the coffees to us or ifnit was just a worker but she was short and snippy and acted like she had no time to hand me the remaining portion of our order. Now, let me tell you, I do NOT typically write bad reviews but this was by far the worst mcdumbbells experience I have ever encountered with the cheapest, most petty garbage service I've seen from ANY food serving establishment. I remained calm and didn't say a single thing confrontational or criticizing during our visit there, so they had zero reasons to offer service so poor. We have gone here frequently for the past 6 years but the service just keeps diving in the dumpster, and this time I drove away slowly while containing my frustration. I hope this reaches the right people because they need to get with the program. That b.s. was down right insulting. Ya lost a customer with a family of 5. Dont pay to be cheap. Our total still came to 25$ for only 2 people with one sandwich, a big(small) breakfast, with no biscuit, and 2 coffees....Just close the doors...Total Fail.

Monday night 8:15 PM, employees talking in a circle and the whole place is a pigsty. The soda counters are filthy, no napkins at all in the dispensers, The floor is filthy and they just don’t care . I’ve been in here in my few years of living in this area and it will probably be the last time I come here. Places steady getting out of control and going down the drain. If it’s that dirty in the public area, what’s it like in back? The shift manager truly doesn’t care, the store manager hasn’t taught them discipline – so they don’t care. Does the owner even care? One of the filthiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in.
