Bucciferro Family McDonald's

Not only waiting 12 minutes when there was one car behind me. I did a mobile order and added an extra quarter pounder patty for the quarter pounder and all I wanted on my other burger was mayo pickle and cheese and they didn’t put the extra patty and only put pickle on it so I think there may be a reading issue here because nobody can ever get them right I literally do the Mobil order so then my order getting taken doesn’t get messed up but nope they never fail. I only have issue with the McDonald’s owed by this specific family. It’s honestly so sad🤣 I get it’s McDonald’s but damn.

Good McDonald's. Fast service

Can't say I've had any major problems. The food is usually always hot, and I'm able to get in and out with my order as I pull up to the drive-thru. Most of the employees always greet me with a bright smile, making me feel welcome and appreciated. They always say have a great day, which is always appreciated.

Manager around 2-5 pm isn't very customer friendly. I had one and only one complaint in years and that was to have no onions on my burger. Not only did I have onions... It was only onion. Every since I've had no customer service. Either I use the self kiosk or don't eat. Finally I had enough and waiting in line, I let the gentleman order in front. Waited my turn and she walked away. And it was the manager. I waited patiently and then an employee entered the building. The manager walked up to her near the register. She seen me eye to eye and kept her conversation. I then walked away and yes gave the bird. She taughtes me as I walk away . Either way if I'm wrong cool but the behavior by her isn't professional.

Pricing was average for McDonald's in this day of age.

Worst McDonalds in town. You can tell no on there cares about their job. Every single time I come here my order is messed up. I ask for no mustard an no onions so they decide SMOTHER my sandwich in ketchup to the point it’s completely inedible. Orderd a Big Mac today, was very obviously thrown together as one of the patties wasn’t even on the sandwich and enough lettuce for 6 other sandwiches. And every single time without missing a beat my fries are put in the bag upside down, because for some reason that makes sense… like I said WORST McDonald’s in town

Jennifer the manger gave me a order i was owed and was very kind and a great leader ...need more like her there

Man, I am blown away by the terrible service here. I was just trying to get my order corrected but the management was frustratingly uncooperative. They refuse to make anything right, and they were yelling so much when I was talking calmly. All I wanted was the order corrected, but they got so angry. I asked if they had any contact information for upper management, but they refused to talk to me at that point. I’m just so confused.
