Same story, different city — and the common thread is poor leadership from the Bucciferro Family.
This McDonald’s, like 35 others, is operated by the Bucciferro Family franchise group. From what I’ve experienced and what local employees have confirmed, the issues here are systemic:
Overworked, unsupported staff
Long wait times, incorrect orders
A franchise leadership team that is non-responsive, ignores formal outreach, and even deletes polite public comments instead of engaging with criticism
I’ve personally spoken with employees who are doing their best, but they’re operating under a franchise that consistently fails to support them.

It tastes good
Waited 5 minutes at the counter to place a order even asked of someone was going to take our prder and they all just stood there. When the guy came to the counter he treated us with a attitude. Looked at the receipt and he didn't even put our order in right. Asked a lady for 2 straws as there were no straws by the soda machine and she rolled her eyes at me and threw the straws on the counter. Fries and nuggets were old and room temperature

Food is a hit or miss. But the customer service is awful. They never open on time, or you’re sitting in drive thru for at least 10 minutes waiting to order.

I understand that working in customer service is very frustrating, but there are ways. The morning shift was the best experience I've had since I know the people I worked with before. But the afternoon shift was one of my worst experiences, since the workers spent their time standing around, not seeing the customers in line. I waited approximately 25 minutes for my order, only for ten pieces of nuggets.

They run out of things all the time...bbq sauce, toppings for oatmeal (and don't tell you, I would've changed my order). And put away too much flavor in vanilla iced coffee, really gross.

Every time we go there we never get what we ordered. Idk why they are so stingy on the onions but we ask for AND PAY EXTRA for the onions and it’s like they don’t put on any at all. The food is never hot or fresh despite waiting 15-20 minutes for an order. I will drive the extra 7 minutes across town and go to the other one instead.

No point in ordering “for here” when they put your food in a bag and leave it at the “pick up”. Note only 3 people in the dine in section of the restaurant. No lids as well to top it off.

We waiting in line for 30 minutes while the general manager Erica was yelling at her crew and being very unprofessional…. I feel like her behavior is uncalled for and needs to be addressed!!!! I ever heard someone speaking to my children in that manner it would be a good turn out!!!!!

Smart enough to put a no pickle receipt on my burger either too dumb to read it or too lazy to make a fresh one. Update so lazy they removed the pickle from an already made burger. Can't argue for higher minimum wage when this what you get.Also can't put sauce in for nuggets. This is a reflection of the franchise. They do not care.

Went in the morning entered restaurant around 9.20 am. Placed an order on the kiosk and went to pay at counter. Waited 15 minutes, employees and manager on desk walked by me and looked at me without helping or acknowledging I exist. Manager was rude to employees, she was criticizing them and was only worried about drive thru times while ignoring lobby. Finally the managers comes out gives someone their food comes back stands practically on my own shoulder with hers to fix the credit card machine. She then tells me to wait for service and goes back to worrying only about drive thru times. She then complains more and is very slow at service. By the time I get to pay it's nine 40. She doesn't even say hello, thank you, and is very rude.
It wasn't even that busy, tell the managers to do their jobs.
