Bucciferro Family McDonald's

Just save your time and go to one of the other McDonald's in town because by the time you drive to another store, place your order, receive it, eat it, then drive back here your order will still not be done and it doesn't matter if you order 1 happy meal or for a full family and maybe 3 other people there your food will still not be done! There's never more than 2 people working bcuz the 3rd is outside taking a break or smoking.

Slowest mcdonalds ever rude staff

The food is consistently mediocre(which is what McDonalds has become, so no hit for that), but the service is terrible. If there's 5 customers in the lobby waiting to order (or just pay from the stupid keosks), the employees here will actively ignore them. I watched a customer wait 11 minutes at the pickup counter to get a straw because they didn't have any in the lobby. Ridiculous.

The food was good service was bad because rude empolyee didnt give us the tangy BBQ and buffalo sauce THE WORST EMPOLYEE EVER!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. It’s like dealing with preschoolers they know nothing. And I’ve never seen such lazy people in my entire life. I drive clear across town to go to taco John’s or go to Taco Bell or to go to Wendy’s. I don’t even see how this place is still in business.

This mcdonalds is 2 blocks from my house and I always choose to drive across town to go to a different location, every time I do come here the wait is 20+ minutes on simple orders, incorrect items, and rude employees. I only gave one star because you're required to, I would say this is possibly the worst mcdonalds in the world. Ive spoken with managers and mcdonalds support before but the lack of care shows why this location is so problematic

This is consistantly one of the worst McDonald's locations I have ever been to. In the past year I have been given the wrong soda (Diet Coke instead of Dr. Pepper), twice ordered McChicken sandwiches that had NO lettuce on them, and been given the wrong order (given 2 double cheeseburgers instead of a Double Quarter Pounder) Despite the fact the order screen is correct for what I did order.
There are 4 McDonald's locations in Beloit. Make sure to use the Prairie Ave store if you can as it is a corporate location with better service and better prices. The other 3 Beloit locations are owned by this same franchise. Avoid at all costs!

This McDonald’s, like 35 others, is operated by the Bucciferro Family franchise group. From what I’ve experienced and what local employees have confirmed, the issues here are systemic:

Overworked, unsupported staff

Long wait times, incorrect orders

A franchise leadership team that is non-responsive, ignores formal outreach, and even deletes polite public comments instead of engaging with criticism

I’ve personally spoken with employees who are doing their best, but they’re operating under a franchise that consistently fails to support them.

It tastes good

Waited 5 minutes at the counter to place a order even asked of someone was going to take our prder and they all just stood there. When the guy came to the counter he treated us with a attitude. Looked at the receipt and he didn't even put our order in right. Asked a lady for 2 straws as there were no straws by the soda machine and she rolled her eyes at me and threw the straws on the counter. Fries and nuggets were old and room temperature

Food is a hit or miss. But the customer service is awful. They never open on time, or you’re sitting in drive thru for at least 10 minutes waiting to order.

I understand that working in customer service is very frustrating, but there are ways. The morning shift was the best experience I've had since I know the people I worked with before. But the afternoon shift was one of my worst experiences, since the workers spent their time standing around, not seeing the customers in line. I waited approximately 25 minutes for my order, only for ten pieces of nuggets.
