The girl at the drive thru was very rude. She obviously did not want to be at work When we mentioned it to the other dt person they were full aware of her attitude. Sauce was missing and cold fries. I expected a little more for my $25.

This is one of the most consistent, clean, friendly stores in the area. When ordering on the app. My order is always correct, made fresh, and brought out in a timely manner. The morning gals are always cheerful and dressed appropriately. This speaks volumes as I will drive by most McDonald's anymore.

Took forever waiting in drive thru, finally went inside just to get a coffee and when it was finally given out, it was cold. Took 20-25 minutes total to get a cold cup of coffee that was left on the counter. No one seemed to know what they were doing.
Thank you for still taking orders personally at the counter! So many McDonald's are forcing customers to use a computer and I will not go back to them! But you believe in customer service! Thank you! Great play area my grandchildren had a great time besides getting their tummies full! Highly recommend!! Fast friendly service!!!

Got my water with a live worm in it. Manager claims checked ice bin and filter and eco lab check all good no issues. She missed the major issue iHAD A LIVE WORM in my ice water that I had drank 1/4 of it before realizing. Sadly … I am the customer I do not work at McDonald’s

Today between picking up kids from school , I stopped to get boys a treat. I got my receipt it said three pm , and at 3:21 we got a double cheeseburger we ordered. After calling the manager who was not exactly apologetic, I am going to call district manager. Tons of workers in the kitchen
