This McDonald’s can’t get anything right not to mention the poor customer service from staff a the management. I went there an paid for my food at 12:07 the food was brought out at 12:25 an was wrong so the employee took it back in never told them to re make my food I called back in there 10 minutes later for the manager to say oh well we can re make it I asked for a refund because I don’t have time to keep waiting she said well come in an get you’re refund I told I was not that they can bring it to me then she brings me 5$ my meal costed more then 5$ an she came back with the rest of my money an threw it in my window

Doors closed at 7:45pm on a Saturday night!!!! Why???? Staff inside and ignored us. My kids wanted to play in the playplace and needed the bathroom. Another customer said they have been locking the doors extremely early lately. I didn't give them my business. Went somewhere else!

Do NOT order curbside at this location. They will ignore you if they have a long line even if you're there before a lot of the other cars and if you go in the restaurant they will be rude to you. I had only ordered fries and a McChicken and it took 30min to being th food out and it wasn't even the correct order. Also, if you're getting chicken nuggets for your child, order from the adult menu. Every time I get a kid's meal for my child the nuggets are always hard or look like they've been refried.

Waited for a pick up order that was already done and try to come pick it up md the doors was locked had to go to the drive thru to tell them the doors are locked was told to pull too second window waited another 10 minutes then had to go inside and now the doors are unlocked all of a sudden asked for my order they been in front of the baggers the whole time smh RIDICULOUS
Not sure of its a staffing issue or equipment issue. But I've been continuously overlooked in the drive thru multiple times here. Cars that come in after me get serviced before me, some even backing up and going to the other lane to order. I usually have to shout "hello" to get someone to take my order. Then I am usually parked and the food brought out is always cold or tastes old. Wait times are long and service is terrible.

I just don’t recommend ordering curbside pick up because even though it says 2-3 minutes they do your order last so you sit for 20-30 minutes waiting and you can’t leave because you already had payed then the car that gets there after you gets their food

Waited in line for awhile before anyone acknowledged even being there. The manager was confused. Didn't know which order was which. People were waiting for items. Manager was just tossing bags. Not even closing bags.
