Bucciferro Family McDonald's

I came through yesterday morning (5/13/25) towards the end of breakfast rush at around 9:55am. In which, I am well aware of how horrible these rushes can be, because I used to have to be the worker serving customers during breakfast rush.

I came through to grab breakfast, I wanted 2 sausage biscuits and then I had asked for a steak egg cheese McGriddle, only to realize after getting closer to the window, that I had forgotten to ask for sub round for my egg because its the only way I can tolerate eating it.

When the woman at the second window told me the price, I was extremely polite and apologetic mentioning that I was sorry, and that I needed to partially change my order.

She very rudely snapped off on me, said “Nope it is already made. No changes can be made at the window. That will be 10.74”

I asked if she could then just take off the one sandwich, and she took that to mean that I just wanted my whole order to be canceled, then proceeded to tell me to have a nice day. I tried to politely say that I would still take my 2 biscuits that I ordered at least, and she actively talked to her coworkers about me in a negative fashion with the window open so I could hear her.

Upset that I had even the slightest bit of audacity as an autistic individual who will occasionally make mistakes to ask for them to change out the egg on my McGriddle.

So I politely, but lightly frustrated said have a nice day, and drove off.

Personally, if this is the type of crew that Bucciferro is currently supporting, I will no longer go to any of the Bucciferro McDonald’s outside of when I have to for delivering food to others.

Monday 10th approx. 4:50 pm.
Absolutely terrible service and food!! I was the only one in drive through, when I approached the speaker the recording came on and I sat there for approx 1-2 minutes with no real person interacting with me finally I said my code and said one large fry and I heard a mumble !!!!! Then I proceeded to the second window and waited another 4 minutes, then finally a black person with a nose ring came to the window with no greeting or anything other than the price, at this point I gave them my card to paid then they proceeded and gave my card back!!! Only to wait almost 5 mins before having my fries out and no acknowledgment what so ever! As I left I opened the bag to find very old rubbery cold fries!!! What the heck is wrong with this McDonalds????? Disgusting!!🤮🤮🤮

You can probably call social security and talk to someone faster than the service here. Horrible.

I came through the drive through on 5/2 around 12:30am to order a quick meal after work. When I was waiting for the automated message to finish at the drive thru, the lady just snapped out, being very rude and aggressive with her tone as if she was annoyed another person showed up. I started to order, and asked for bacon to be added and again she snapped on the speaker. After hearing her disrespectful tone and attitude, I decided to just drive off. It is a shame that this person, whoever she is, treats and talks to customers this way. I thought Mc Donald's workers were more professional. Utterly disgusting how this woman was talking to customers.

They microwave their fries and their burgers. Tables are never clean in the bathroom is completely disgusting. Outside area trash cans are disgusting this restaurant should be under new management

Only car in the drive thru and they still mess up my complete order and refuse to fix it

Nothing like trying to order your food and they keep cutting you off asking “is that it?” Lady I didn’t pause once, can you wait? Also I ordered a large drink and they didn’t even fill it.

Went thru drive through on my lunch a waited 30 mins !!! My lunch is 30 mins long !!!!!

Check your order in drive thru - had a couple mixed up sandwiches - pretty solid McDonald’s

Slowest drive thru I've been to. 15 min from ordering until I got my food. Employee at the window was rude. Food was mediocre. No reason to go back. I'll drive over to Prairie Ave store from now on.

I would leave a 0 if I could. I went through the drive through ordering 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, and a sausage egg and cheese. Instead I got 2 sausage egg and cheese and 1 steak egg and cheese. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN not even close to what I ordered and missing a sandwich. I didn’t have time to look in the bag when I got it till I got back home. This is so embarrassing for McDonald’s and their workers. Especially to add that they clarified my order before handing my food to me. Is it possible to get a refund? Never going here again. Very sad and disappointing experience

I got a shamrock shake and it tasted like cleaning supplies 🤮 I don't know if they forgot to rinse out the cleaning products or not but i had to throw it away because of how bad it tasted

No customer service. It took them 15 minutes to cook 2 cheese burgers and some fries. Food was cold... DO NOT COME HERE
