First of all I’m very upset with the way they handle things. I was have a Christmas with my mother in law and ordered just one pizza and they could not even get it right when ordering, plus when we went to pick it up not it was cold when we come home with the pizza . It wasn’t even the pizza that we ordered, so we called back she said you can come back and get the right pizza what the hell it’s not like we live next door, so my husband went and picked it up and he asked her are you going to make it right with us. She said no… Not only another person brought their pizza back too. We had got pizza there a lot bc my family live out of state and they always want that pizza. We will not come back ever again!! Not happy

Got breaded mushrooms for the first time and also first time eating palmeros, I order food from all over Beloit all the time , I like to support all , but the mushrooms things just didn’t taste right even tho I was my first time trying it , it was golden brown on the outside which was good , but when I but into it it was filled with like a water liquid or something ? Do it suppose to be like that ? But it wasn’t right and the mushrooms on the inside was soft and had a bad smell to it , I also just called the to speak To a manager and he was saying things like “ the way I’m describing the food is inaccurate “ or something along them lines , I wouldn’t be going here more, it was 50$ and somthing I had to spend on my 5 kids , they couldn’t eat any of it , I didn’t really expect a refund , at least some courtesy or something what a shame , this is the first review I ever left in my life about any store /resturaunt , it’s a shame .

Just plain out rude. I called and ordered a ribeye steak dinner and I say I want it VERY well done and she just says ok well done, and I say VERY well done, once again she says well done. Excuse me, but if I’m paying almost 30$ for a dinner from a pizza joint I want it, EXACTLY HOW I WANT IT!!! VERY WELL DONE’nn

I order from here all the time, and every single time I order, I end up having to call because something isn't right. I love their pizza, but when I order a pepperoni and sausage pizza, I expect to get both toppings. This time, I was able to speak to a manager who was unaware of the consistent problem. To make right of the situation, they took a sausage pizza that was already done, put pepperoni on it and stuck it back in the oven. The replacement pizza was burned and clearly cut twice because they definitely were not following the lines. I will never order from here again, and it's sad because I do love their pizza

Ordered for delivery and waited over 2 hours for just 1 pizza and a pasta dinner on a Tuesday night. When food got dropped off the delivery driver handed my food to someone who was not me and walked away. To this day I have yet to find my food and place said they couldn’t do anything about it. Highly suggest ordering dominos then this place.
