Beware the manager will rip you off my 2 pizzas were not cooked all the way i called to talk to the manager about it the manager would not come to the phone i was ripped off 46$ and couldn’t eat the pizzas I had to throw them out because they weren’t cooked all the way

I had one of the worst experiences at this Pizza Hut, all thanks to an employee named Chris. I placed a simple order—nothing complicated—but somehow, Chris completely messed it up. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and what did I get? A cheese pizza with barely any sauce. When I pointed it out, Chris gave me an attitude like it was my fault!
Not only did he refuse to fix my order without charging me extra, but he also rolled his eyes and acted like I was inconveniencing him just by asking for what I paid for. To top it off, he practically tossed my drink at the counter instead of handing it to me properly. No apology, no basic customer service—just straight-up rudeness.
I’ve never had a problem at this location before, but if Chris is working, I won’t be back. If management sees this, please train your employees on how to treat customers with basic respect.

I’ve never thought much about Pizza Hut after becoming an adult. It was not my go to pizza when I was being lazy or in a hurry for delivery. For some reason, I recently tried it again and absolutely enjoyed it. I enjoy that Pizza Hut now offer different types of crust. I traditionally now go with the Tavern or the thin and crispy crust. Highly suggested them, it makes a world of difference. I traditionally order pizza weekly on Wednesdays in my go to place now is Pizza Hut with the side crust and wings. Very surprised how good their wings are for a pizza place and order them all the time with the pizza. If you haven’t tried Pizza Hut in a while, I highly suggest trying out those crust. Makes a world of difference. Never had an issue with my order being messed up or service at this location so I speak highly of them for their services.

They never answer the phone is my first issue. I’m literally calling now ! No answer, they redirect u to a call center , where they will “ transfer u to a store” to hang up in your face. And have the nerve to charge a delivery fee on top of the recommended tip!

I ordered a pizza for the first time in almost a year, decided pizza hut was the way to go. I wish i had the money to tip harder, and there was an option to tip the cook. This is some good pizza, and fast too. Delivery woman was very friendly, and professional.
Didn’t get what I paid for. I ordered an Ultimate chocolate chip cookie which I never got. Called store 14 times and was hung up on all 14 times with female employee not even asking me if she could help me before telling me they weren’t taking calls and hung up. She was VERY rude and that’s no way to run a business! Tried other ways to contact them and finally got to chat with corporate customer service. She took down all my information and told me that the store management team would reach out to me in 3-5 days. The sides for both my entrees were in the wrong boxes, and my meat lovers meat was supposed to have marinara sauce which wasn’t in the box. I haven’t gotten the sauce the last 2 times I have ordered melts. Needless to say I was fit to be tied. Every store should have additional ways to contact via text or email to get good customer service.
