we have been going here for 5 year's now. I'm not sure what they changed up but the past 3 time's I have ordered it has been amazing food. Staff it friendly and everything is a quick as they can get thank you guy's
Fodd was nice and hot, but when the driver called and gave his name and said they gave him the wrong address so I was a little disappointed because I gave them my address. So when I called to ask why they gave the driver the wrong address, the manager Jessica got on the phone and said I must of had the wrong pizza hut which i felt was rude and disrespectfu to tell a customer that they didn't have a driver name Mike which they did unlesson he gave a false name.
I have no problem with the food. My problem is their service. They rarely, if ever, answer the phone, and their drivers are DANGEROUS. I watched a silver Jeep FLY through a red light, nearly crashing into me. These drivers have zero regard for other people and don’t care who they put at risk. This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst way to represent your franchise. FIX IT.

The worker dropped my taco pizza inside my car and I had to take out my floor mat to dump the toppings on the ground and wait 45 more minutes for them to make another one.

We love this location. Employees are excellent. They aren't above making errors as anyone else, but boy do they go above and beyond when they do! We appreciate the speed and friendliness of service as is typical at this pizza hut. They do a great job.
I think at this point we all have had Pizza Hut and know what to expect. Consistent flavor, chunky toppings at a pretty good price. The ease of ordering through the app, and the number of deals on the app makes certain that you will find a deal on something you like! The only complaint I have about this specific location is that even though I request contactless delivery, the last 2 times ,the driver stood out there waiting to hand it to me, and proceeded to hand me the order and a receipt that had "contactless" circled! It's not the end of the world, but if someone with a medical issue who knows they can't make it to the door very fast does you a favor and says, hey just leave it.... Well then just leave it!

Pizza wasn't very good. Very rubbery. Crust wasn't cooked thoroughly. Cheese was a disaster when I opened the box. The cheese slid from one side to the other. I ordered online so I can't comment on employee service.
