Ordered through the drive thru for takeout. The employees sounded like they didn’t even want to talk or be there, zero energy and kind of in a bad mood. I asked for sauces and got none. The chicken and biscuits tasted like they were made yesterday and most of the chicken was just crispy breading or flour with barely any actual chicken in it. Really disappointing experience.

The employees were great but the food was subpar the the redheads and rice had a sour taste to them as if to be spoiled and the biscuits were overcooked I suggest asking for fresh everything.

This Popeyes location is very clean, employees were very nice and helpful plus the wait was not bad at all considering they were very busy but at the same time when going to a chicken restaurant your supposed to be waiting for your food especially if you want it to be cooked right. It’s always good to download the app to catch some special deals on meals they might have and the perks as well.

If I could I’d give zero stars. First off they got my sandwich completely wrong but on the cheese that I never ordered there was still paper attached to it and melted into my sandwich. Definitely won’t be coming back here again I’ll take my business elsewhere

This is literally the worse Popeyes I have ever had. The biscuits were hard and so salty you couldn’t eat them and the 8 pc I ordered for $30 came with a thigh, four wings and three small drums. Thats $30 of chicken? More like $5. But the worse part was the chicken was just awful. Even for $5 I would be irritated. No one wanted it. Go to the one in Loves Park. The are consistently great.

Went here to use a coupon and was informed that they don't use coupons the same way as other locations... Which I understand they have the right to do so but they were pretty rude about it. I left without purchasing any food and won't be back.

They messed up our order so bad I'm almost convinced they put effort into it. We ordered online for pickup. When we arrive they say they "just got it", making the pick up take twice as long. Meanwhile complaining about having to make enough food for one family. When we get the order back home, we find out every single order was mixed up. Spicy was regular, and regular was spicy. Instead of 3 cokes they give us 1 coke and 2 ice tea. And the absolute kicker was the coleslaw was obviously not kept to temp, and tasted old.
