I had a pickup order, waited twenty minutes after it was supposed to be ready and finally left with no food because it hadn’t even been started yet. No apologies from staff. Customers came in and ordered after I arrived and received their food and left ten minutes before I finally gave up.

Here’s my experience, we made a 3 entré online pick up order , 2 bowls and a order of three tacos.

After arriving we had to wait an extremely long time for the order to be made, 20 minutes, even after a 15 minute car ride, so its pointless to call in a order just to arrive and see walk-ins order, served, and leave while your ticket is still in the Que

The food was made as ordered but… the pickled onions weren’t pickled, the pintos were undercooked and still firm, the brown rice was crunchy, the hard taco shells were out and had to be subbed with softshell flour tortillas made more like tortas, the guacamole had rough chopped onions in it the size of your finger. And worst of all the kitchen was filthy and the service line and staging area was rife with cross contamination. I understand you being in the weeds but healthy food service and organizational habits are a must in the food service industry. Until the basics are managed correctly I wouldn’t advise anyone choose this location for anything besides a disappointment.

I traveling a lot , Qdoba food is my preferred, today I stop at Beloit , and decided to eat a little late , and was a great experience that the workers and manager did an excellent service ! I recommend to eat there.

Stopped in for the first time while we passed through on a road trip. It was a bit hard to understand the staff behind the counter and my burrito fell apart while eating it, but it was very fresh and tasty.

Ordering through the mobile app increases your chance of the bowl missing ingredients. My most recent order had no sauce at all. Being a sauce man, this disappointed me. I understand if the food was not prepped enough but there is not communication if the food has been picked up that what you ordered is definitely not on your bowl.

Thank goodness for Kim! That lady deserves a raise. I tried to order my daughter the kids taco kit and the gal working looked at me like I was from a different planet. I tried to explain what the taco kit was and even tried to pull it up on the online menu. Kim came along and said they don’t speak English so they can’t understand the customers. It makes it very difficult to order at a place like Qdoba when there is a language barrier. Maybe they should consider studying the menu to better understand what the meals should include. It was kind of a bizarre experience - think I’ll stick with an alternative next time.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but every time I order online, I end up waiting in the lobby a minimum of 20 minutes after my advised pickup time for my food to be ready and made.

The last time I went will be the last time, as I ended up waiting 75 minutes after my requested arrival time as they lost my order, and then ignored me during a rush time until I got in line and forced them to acknowledge me. No one on the line spoke or understood English, (which inherently isn't bad, but made communication and resolving the situation very difficult.)

Despite giving them my order number, they were incapable of searching and finding my order. (Confirmed the correct address)
Getting my order done and made was the most tooth pulling experience I've ever endured. I'd rather get a root canal then endure that again.

My spouse really likes the food, and admittedly the food is pretty good if you can get it. Been buying here since 2024, but no longer. I can't do it anymore. Just get in line and order when you're there. Don't do online pickup unless you enjoy waiting.

The staff was friendly and quick, and everything looked fresh. My burrito bowl was delicious and made just the way I wanted it. Good vibes all around. Will definitely be back.

The franchise owner needs to do some serious managerial searching because the store manager and the employees are flat out incompetent. Every time we’ve ordered for the last year our order is wrong, or ice cold because they’ve left it sitting. The last time I stood at the counter for 30 min past my mobile order time waiting for them to make my food, and the restaurant was dead.
