I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but every time I order online, I end up waiting in the lobby a minimum of 20 minutes after my advised pickup time for my food to be ready and made.
The last time I went will be the last time, as I ended up waiting 75 minutes after my requested arrival time as they lost my order, and then ignored me during a rush time until I got in line and forced them to acknowledge me. No one on the line spoke or understood English, (which inherently isn't bad, but made communication and resolving the situation very difficult.)
Despite giving them my order number, they were incapable of searching and finding my order. (Confirmed the correct address) Getting my order done and made was the most tooth pulling experience I've ever endured. I'd rather get a root canal then endure that again.
My spouse really likes the food, and admittedly the food is pretty good if you can get it. Been buying here since 2024, but no longer. I can't do it anymore. Just get in line and order when you're there. Don't do online pickup unless you enjoy waiting.

The staff was friendly and quick, and everything looked fresh. My burrito bowl was delicious and made just the way I wanted it. Good vibes all around. Will definitely be back.

The franchise owner needs to do some serious managerial searching because the store manager and the employees are flat out incompetent. Every time we’ve ordered for the last year our order is wrong, or ice cold because they’ve left it sitting. The last time I stood at the counter for 30 min past my mobile order time waiting for them to make my food, and the restaurant was dead.

I came around 9:10 pm and got a bowl but when they told me i can't get guacamole cause it was close to closing i wasn't happy. They close at 10pm. I will never come back. I should have went to Chipotle before I left Rockford cause I know for a fact I would have gotten what I wanted to eat. At that point I didn't even want the bowl!

I've been here a couple times in the last week and the workers are beyond rude. I'd rather drive to the janesville location instead. Nothing but attitude when you walk in.

Only good thing I can say is the food tastes good. Manager is completely incompetent and cannot lead the team. There were people waiting for mobile orders that they had placed 30 minutes ago. I got lucky, because the person directly behind me had to wait 10 minutes to get their food

ordered a week ago at the store and the people there are really rude and rush you. ordered a make your own bowl on the app and got shrimp but i received chicken and steak with this. the receipt taped to the lid of my meal says shrimp. i am pescatarian and cannot eat this.

I actually really like the food, but they never get my order right. Multiple times of ordering nachos and getting no chips at all. I’ll order kids meals and not get any sides or drinks. I’ve ordered tacos and received literally just the shell and meat, nothing else.

Honestly very disappointed. I get there and took a whoever for someone to come serve me even though there was a guy at the register sitting on his phone. Then they refused to let me choose the wheat tortilla instead of a flour tortilla. They insisted the qdoba has never had them before but I checked on there online for that store and they do. What really sucks is that I was really craving this and now I can't. Honestly won't go back to this place anymore after this.
One of the best QDOBA I've been to. Best service, quality food, staff is always amazing in here. There are many that I will never go back to, but this one here they got customer satisfaction figured out. Keep up the good work 😁
