Almost every time I go there, the drink is terrible. Every other starbucks in existence can get it right but this one here. There's no way I should see coconut milk floating around in my blended frap. Do better

If you want a strawberry frappe don't bother. They never have the syrup in stock. This is the only thing I can tolerate from this overpriced coffee shop.

I stopped by on my way home after a family member recently passed away to get a latte. I screwed up my order (my fault) and an employee (Kole) graciously fixed it for me, which meant a lot to me. They were also very fast at this location! Thank you so much.

Yall do good but you really need to start getting the sweet cold foam and the sweet vanilla cream in order. They’re two different things. This has happened a couple times now, and it’s just not this Starbucks too.

Monday morning, March 3 10:30am. I’m assuming some sort of manager with thick glasses out in main sitting area with training or scolding fellow employees? She’s extremely loud and made the environment there un-inviting. Took my order to go. My sympathy to those who report to her. Thank you for the great service behind the counter.

I have ordered the iced chai tea latte here several times, and each time it is handed to me and looks like straight milk, and has a very light chai flavor, which is usually much stronger at other locations and looks darker in color. The ice cubes are small and circular, which melt so much faster than the cubes from the other locations. Overall, not worth the almost $7 for a watered down cup of milk.

ALEXISSSS the nerve of you to make my drink completely wrong then FAIL to take any accountability of your wrongdoing, get an attitude then threaten to ban me from starbucks because I called you out on GETTING AN ATTITUDE!!! u purposely put all those strawberry inclusions at the bottom of my drink so tell me how was I going to drink my actual drink 🤔 I spend 10.36 on the same drink so to have it made wrong and not say anything DIABOLICAL!!! This is my last time going through this at any starbucks to say the least. Although me and my kids, nephew, nieces have came and give spent close to $100 on numerous occasions I am DONE with starbucks. I will not spend another penny here or at no other starbucks due to employees like you who are rude that fail to realize a customer has every right to send something back is it’s not made right especially 1 drink that cost 10.36. but My absolute favorite barista works here BRE (love you girl) and she wasn’t working at this time and ALWAYS ALWAYS gets my drink right.

I have never been so disrespected by a bunch of girls in my life! Simply asked my drink to be remade as it was bitter & different than my usual! I have that right.. I paid for it! 12 dollar drink I was told I’m banned from the store for asking for my money back! You cannot just throw things into a cup & have people pay for it! Training training & more training is needed here.. & if the staff has an issue with Customer service your not in the right Job! No thankyou! I’ll need my refund ASAP

Just went in to get an order for my family. They were moderately busy but I've seen the place way more busy. The manager set the tone for her staff by being impatient and flustered. I asked a lady if they were using different lemonade because my drink looked different but made it clear my drink was perfectly fine and it was just out of curiosity, she was very sweet with her reply but then while standing at the counter(read below) I see one of her coworkers walk over and in a snotty tone ask what I wanted, when she told her she made a smug face and rolled her eyes as if I was being out of line by asking a simple question. I ordered 4 drinks, 3 cake pops and 2 orders of egg bites but wasn't offered a bag. I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention before just walking out and trying to figure out how to carry 4 drinks and all this food without spilling a $47.00 order! Training on customer service needs to be given to the employees but most of all the manager! Completely disappointed in this Starbucks run.
