I always order for our new hires at my job an box lunch. It’s normally between 5-10 box lunches bi-weekly on Monday and Tuesday’s. Annie and her team exceed our expectations every time. She amazing at communication. I always know I can reach out for when I need to have some pre-orders in for the new hire class. Annie and her team have never let me down. I definitely recommend this Subway!Let me also mention the cookies are tasty and delicious!

I work with this subway location on a biweekly basis to provide for ~120 employee lunches and they exceed our expectations every time. Quality meals, phenomenal customer service, and all-around a very consistent/reliable establishment. I drive out of my way to go to this location specifically; I highly recommend it to all friends/businesses.

I specifically told them not to toast my sandwich, and they did just that, I got work and bit into the sandwich and it was hard, and chewy, yuck. So I called them to let them know what happened, and I was told that I would have to come back right then and there, to get my replacement, the other part is, I would have to bring back the original sandwich with me. First off it was your mistake, second off, with gas being $4.00 a gallon right now, I'm not wasting gas to go back today when I'm already at work, this was supposed to be my lunch, and I can't leave work for a replacement sandwich. I will not be stopping at that store ever again. The messed part is, I loved that store. The convenience and everything about it, friendly staff. With that being said, I will find another Subway to stop at from now on. Just a reminder, make sure your sandwich is absolutely perfect before leaving the store, if not, you will literally have to eat the $14.00 that you just paid for that sandwich.
