The food was good. I eat at Taco Bell fairly often, so the food doesn't seem particularly special. That's why I gave it four stars and not five.
The service was pretty fast. I ordered on the kiosk, which was pretty easy. I ordered 12 tacos and a burrito. I'm sure it took less than five minutes for my order to be made.
I took my order to go, so the atmosphere wasn't important really. For a fast food place, the atmosphere is pretty good, though. The walls are painted. Things blend in well. There is plenty of seating and a good variety of tables and booths. It's ideal for 1-4 people.

Disrespectfully empty burritos, only thing you can taste is the tortilla since that's the main ingredient besides two pieces of chicken

There I was. Starving, famished. I hadn't eaten all day and foolishly thought I could spend my hard earned money on an overpriced taco to restore my strength. What awaited me in the wrapper is the atrocity that is in the picture. If you couldn't tell by looking, (I know I couldn't.) this is a cantina crispy chicken taco. In all its glory, it is inedible, room temperature, and wholly dissatisfying.
I staunchly discourage future customers from ordering this particular item until the establishment can figure out what mayhem and chaos caused this abysmal creation.

Awful they burned my food and throwed my food in the bag like some dog. They forgot my drink. I hate riverside taco bell they always do this.

All I ordered was 2 steak grilled cheese burritos, one with extra steak and one with absolutely zero alterations and they STILL managed to mess it up BADLY. Whoever made the food mixed an absurd amount of beans into the rice which made it into inedible slop (beans don't even go into the grilled cheese burritos...), one of the burritos had no fiesta strips at all, there was none of the sauces in the burrito (cheese, sour cream, chipotle), and instead of just steak they for some reason threw in random pieces of pork and chicken into it as well which is incredibly irresponsible to just be randomly mixing in different meats that people didn't ask for. Unless the person making my order had literal Alzheimer's I see zero excuse or reason for this. I used to go here weekly and now I don't even want to order from this place again.

literally they only did drive thru for the 20 minutes i was standing in the lobby and not one front order went out. STOP only doing drive thru we are just as important inside we actually see you not giving any care for us unless we sit our aces in a seat
