Got the $9 Luxembourg box..extremely disappointed..Not worth $5. Ordered the steak chalupa got beef. I think they took one dipping stick and cut it in half. The fruit juice was just colored water. Last time I waste my money here.

⭐️ 1 Star – Absolute Waste of Money and Time This was hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The food was completely cold. On top of that, I had to explain THEIR OWN MENU to the staff because they didn’t know what a Fiesta Potato was. After all that, they still forgot to add it. By the time I finally received the potatoes, I had already finished my cold meal—and the potatoes themselves were half-cooked, partially frozen, and inedible. The employees were all on their phones, chit-chatting, completely disengaged and not paying attention to customers. Zero urgency. Zero professionalism. To make things worse, every soda dispenser was out of syrup, so all you get is carbonated water. No notice. No apology. Nothing. Customer service here has truly gone straight to hell in a handbag. I was honestly better off starving in my truck. $20 completely wasted. If you have any self-respect or value your money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. You’re far better off spending your money literally anywhere else.
Your Thursday night 9pm crew needs replacement BADLY!

Staff was nice. I only order nachos fries, they were stale on top and soggy at the bottom. I'm use to getting my nacho fries made fresh when I order them at any other tacobell I go to. These were extremely disappointing especially since it was the only item I ordered, should have been fresh not sitting for hours.

Food is good most the time (depending who works), most the staff is great. This review is a shout out to Jalilah (hopefully spelled correctly). She worked by herself tonight and she was friendly, food was great and deserves recognition for what she does.

I sat in the drive-through this morning for around five minutes, just to be told the sentence I will get to you when I can (One other car in the entire parking lot) almost causing me to be late to work with still no food in my hand. Don’t open up for breakfast if you can’t supply a breakfast or hire a better crew
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with this Taco Bell branch at all. The employees were quite rude and disrespectful. It was disturbing that they spoke loudly and disinterested towards customers when ordering. The quality of service needs to be reviewed urgently.

Terrible Experience! The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. No greeting, no thank you—just pure attitude. Their behavior lacked basic decency and professionalism. They messed up my order, and when I asked for it to be corrected, they were dismissive and rude. The food was stale and poorly prepared, with zero attention to hygiene. I can’t understand how a place can operate with such careless and weak character. I definitely do not recommend this location and will never return.

I ordered numbers 4 and 7, they only prepared two for me and I took some water, I took the order and didn’t look inside because I always buy, I know that everything is fine, everything is inside when I was sitting in the car and opened the order, there was nothing else inside except for 2 sandwiches, no sauce, no other sandwiches that should be there!!!
