Taco John's had a $1 special on Taco Bravos tonight. I thought this was a great deal. I hadn't been there in a while, but this deal brought me in. I thought the food was good. The service was polite and fast. It is a fast food restaurant, but the only thing I feel could be improved is the atmosphere. The booth I sat at had a very wobbly table. I decided to stay sitting there because it was close to the beverage machine. But there isn't much in the dining room as far as decorations or anything on the walls. There just isn't any character about it at all.

A medium 4 cheese quesadilla meal and a softshell beef taco (X2) meal (same size) and an extra medium soda came to 27 dollars! I thought for sure they had doubled up on q meal by accident but after reviewing the bill it's just an expensive place to get food.
Food was delicious and hot so no complaints there at all.

Stopped at 5:30 on a Friday. The drive thru was very busy and moved right along. Typically get a taco, combo beef/bean burrito and potato ole's.Crispy Taco was fine. The potato ole's were a bit too salty but that is probably just me. I tossed the burrito after 2 bites. Refried beans on the burrito were thick, COLD and tasted old. Second time I have tossed the burrito because the beans were cold and gross.

I rarely ever write 1-star reviews, but here we go:
Drive-thru lunch. $5 meal steal. The taco, for some reason, had sour cream smeared on the outside of the taco. The burrito felt cold; Not even room temperature, but slightly colder than that. The ''napkins'' that were provided were pulled off of one of those cheap bathroom paper towel rolls. And last but not least, the guy who handed me my food had the most disgusting shirt on. He looked like he just came off of a construction site; Dirt and oil from the very tippy top of his shoulders all the way down to his pants. I think they can just call this a $5 steal.
The tater tot things were great though. Delicious!

Waited about 35 mins for 2 potato ole supers . It was close to closing time I will say , two guys were hanging out near entrance playing music . Food was hot, fresh and accurate when I got it
