UPDATE: My husband keeps trying to call you but seems like you or your staff don't want to pick up the phone. Obviously, you guys can see our phone number in the caller ID.
This place basically stole my son's money. Last Saturday, my 17yrs son mistakenly placed an ordered online on the Janesville location instead of the Beloit location. Two minutes later when he noticed, he called the restaurant and explained it to the employee, the employee agreed to cancel the order and refund the money but they never did. My husband called the restaurant on Monday but he couldn't talk to the owner, it seems like he is hiding and doesn't want to talk to us. We're beyond disappointed and of course we won't be back.

Super awesome food, the salsa is nice and spicy, not too great for the chips I would definitely recommend getting queso but the tacos and burritos are world class
Excellent handmade Tamales! Light fluffy moist corn meal encasing flavorful meat. The homemade sauces are very good, mild-medium heat, plenty of cilantro. The staff is very friendly, you want your food hotter-spicier, just ask. I didn't see it on the menu but they have horchata, delicious! 😋

Food overall is good. What I don’t appreciate is the cashier putting tips in for herself for an extra 3 dollars on a pickup order. Are there a few times a month for a while now and because of that won’t be going back.

I went to Tacos Neno for the very first time for a quick last minute meal. Nonetheless, the service is outstanding, the dine in is the perfect happy medium to fit just the right amount of people, the employees are beyond pleasant, they take great pride in their work and thus provide outstanding customer service, which is something I value more than dirt cheap prices as customer service is everything and the main backbone of businesses, in my opinion, the food service is the quickest with very little wait time where you sit down and your food comes out in a blink of an eye, support local ma and pa shops as much as you can, especially this one, and I'll definitely be coming back as this place deserves my business and will get it any day. Thank you again to the staff at Tacos Nemo and you all rock.
