The food is okay when it's okay. Which it isn't more than it is. But the real issue is the management. The employees are either young and clueless or older and absolutely dreadful. They look like they are checked out. The Manager, particularly the woman. Is among the most foul and rudest employee I've encountered. She doesn't pay attention ,she's rude, she's loud, she's just ridiculous in all honesty. I had to return to correct a missed drink that I had and she basically tried telling me I was attempting to steal until I showed receipt. It's silly really. Also it looks like I'm trapped in the 90s in every Wendy's I ever go to . The bathroom is unkept, and never had paper towels or soap. Go to the other location. They are much nicer

Food just didn't taste good this time. But then again it could be me. Everyone was very professional but just didn't look very appealing from the walls, canopy and dirty. This is just seeing it from the drive-thru

We generally stop here on our way thru town. Generally have great experiences at this location. Today we stood there for about 3-4 minutes with workers seeing us standing there, but no acknowledgement of when they could help us. Very disappointed and left to eat somewhere else.

My daughter and I have been going every Monday this month since she has a class at the tech college. Those ladies there go above and beyond with customer service! Lobby is clean and comfortable. Food is always fresh and wonderful.
