Colin was the guy helping me. He seemed like he was the manager. He’s terrible at his job. We ordered our food at 6 o’clock. Said it was supposed to be done at 6:30. I left at 7:55 with no food and they said there were still three orders in front of me I told him to cancel my stuff. I got a little boisterous for sitting there an hour and a half. He asked me to leave I said, cancel my stuff and I’ll leave. He said I’m I’ll cancel it later. No cancel my stuff now. I’m not leaving until you cancel my order right now. Colin don’t ever go here. It’s terrible. They need to fire the manager. They need to fire whoever’s in running this operation cause they don’t know what they’re doing. And they especially need to fire Collin I’m Milwaukee Road in Beloit. Will never bring my money back to this place or any Wingstop for that fact.

I placed an online order at Wingstop in Beloit at 7pm...to be ready at 915pm. (We were going to see a movie) We get there at 920 and it's not ready!!!! The girl was so rude and told me it was going to be another 25mins at least. Umm EXCUSE ME?!?! I placed an order over 2 hours before I wanted it and it's not ready? I get shit happens but there is no excuse for that. And then just stare at me like this isn't wrong. Cant even apologize. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME we have ordered from here. And I am done giving them chances. And when I tell them I want the order canceled they want to be rude and toss my receipt at me and walk away saying have a good night. A receipt that doesn't even show they voided it and when I asked for one they said they don't do that....you're talking to the wrong girl because yes you absolutely can. That location needs to either figure out a new system, new employees or even better BOTH! I will be making sure that corporate gets a call in the morning because I've had enough with them. Back to BWW for us!

Nasty bathrooms, no toilet paper no handsoap. Wait in line for 20+ minutes, but the food did come out hot and fresh.
Personal grooming standards should be a bit higher, guy with long hair had his hair down and a long beard neither with a net covering it.

Absolutely horrible experience placed an online order two hours ahead of pick up time was told order was 40 orders still behind a pick up time was told could not issue a refund at this time because they were too busy and I needed to call back very disappointed, horrible customer service would not recommend

I came in and placed in order at 4:30 PM for pickup at 5:15 PM. It is 5:50 PM and I’m still waiting. No answers for me when I ask for an update on my order. Won’t be back.

Update: at 6 I asked for an update on my order (because I thought they called my name but couldn’t tell) and got ignored after they listened to me. At 6:10 I said if my order wasn’t going to be done within a few minutes I’d just like a refund-and was more than respectful because I have worked these jobs and understand they SUCK…. I gave them my name and the worker snapped back at me ā€œI just called thatā€ with an extreme attitude. I don’t even understand how this place is running still!

I've ordered from the Wingstop in Beloit, Wisconsin multiple times, and it's always a terrible experience. This time, they said my order would be ready in 33-38 minutes, but when I got there, it wasn’t even close to being ready. I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes. On top of that, every single time I order from here, the order is incorrect or missing items. To make matters worse, no one ever answers the phone, so trying to get the issue resolved is pointless. The lack of service and constant mistakes are beyond frustrating. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again.
