I ordered delivery to my work. My food was just placed outside of the business door. There was no notification that my food was there. I was trying to call the restaurant seeing where my food was as it had been almost an hour, and i was being hung up on with no answer. Finally, a customer came into my building and told me there was just food sitting outside our front door. I went and got it, and it was super cold. The soda had no ice, and was room temperature at best. i tried again to contact WingStop by telephone and the call was disconnected yet again. I paid for delivery, and a $4 tip, for cold food.I did adjust my review from one star as Reilly from the store did call and apologize and refund my order.

Last night I got the best wings I ever had from there cook perfectly not over cooked like the 1s in lovespark perfect wings the only problem I had was my fires they put so much salt on them I had to put them in the garbage there where inedible but the wings was really good

This store needs to get their act together. Every time I've been here, they have taken thirty to forty minutes. This is the fourth time my fiance and I have had to wait. There were even people coming in after us and leaving before us. The shift lead even forgot to finish our order, before handing off the shift, and the next guy started working on some other order that came after us.

Ordering online you get a time frame of when your food will be ready, then getting to the actual location it's always much longer of a wait.

I wanted to share our experience today(3/16/24). My daughter made her order and the debit card machine went down. Instead of making us wait or go to the bank the give her the food for free. Great customer service and great food. Thank you very much and we will be back.

Don’t get me wrong the food was good it was everything else that was terrible. First we’re told it’d be about a 30 min wait for our order. Ok fine. They take your name for the order (which in the setting they had there was a bunch of people waiting so the possibility of having the same name was that much greater) but don’t attach the order receipt so you know what’s in the bag if it’s yours or someone else’s with the same name. Name for order is called, take food out, a whole meal is missing. Then upon inspection, it’s not even what we ordered. We were told that our actual order would be up shortly. Only ended up getting the chicken of the missing meal no fries no sauce. Wait a little bit since we were told the original order was coming. The cooks stop cooking so we go ask about the order. They never made it so again we wait. Finally get order and it’s just the two of the 3 chickens, no fries, no sauce. At this point we’ve already been there an hour and a half waiting so I was just done. I’m not waiting another 30mins for fries so we just said the heck with the fries and the heck with even trying to get a refund. Needless to say we more than likely won’t ever go back. I’ll stick to Buffalo Wild Wings. At least if they make a mix up I’m not waiting forever just for it to be continuously wrong. I guess if you like to be surprised with food you didn’t order and have a lot of time on your hands this is the place for you. I just like to get what I order.

Very hit and miss. Always takes longer than quoted to get food.... sometimes an extra 30 min. One time food will be good and they get the order accurate, the next time nothing is right. Truly depends who is working.

Ordered last night, an entire meal was missing from the order. Called to ask what my options are. They said to come in and get it or they can give me in store credit. The whole point of paying for delivery is so I don't have to go get it. I asked if I could get a refund... per the manager yesterday evening, nope can't be refunded for the missing food, only an in store credit that would be emailed to me. Guess what? Never received alleged credit... shocking. This was the last time I bothered ordering from Wingstop. The food is always cold. The drinks are always flat. The fries are always soggy. Something is always missing from the order and refunds aren't an option despite paying for food that was never received. How does this place suck this bad? Can't even include straws for the drinks. Absolute trash.
