very poor service... my orders are always wrong. going to going else where even if I have to go pick it up myself. . no way to run a business
Last night we decided to order dominos at 5:20pm for supper. When it got around 6:40pm we decided to call & see where our order was at. The guy who answered didn’t apologize for how late it had been. They haven’t even started our order. It was on its way for delivery a while later. 7:30pm the delivery guy pulls in our driveway. It wasn’t even our order. I had a minor inconvenience with a delivery order, and not only did the team deliver the corrected order immediately, but they also sent a very generous card to use in the future. I was not expecting that extra razzle dazzle. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Super job with customer retainment.
