You've got everything here. A top-notch culinary family who know their stuff. A great community vibe, with lots of ease and flow with the staff and customers. A cozy restaurant. High-quality food using locally-sourced ingredients. If you can't decide between the weekly special, a salad, or a dessert, just get them all now, or you'll wish you did later.
Wow. Went in today for the perogie special. I never had one before so it was a must try. Fantastic! The cafe itself is cute and cozy while Chef Nick in the back plays great music and gives the traditional “orders up”. I heard they plan on offering cooking classes soon and I can’t wait. If you’re in the Berlin area Bijaks is a must go to!
