I did not like the fact that there was no menu board available on the wall and the only way to order was through a kiosk. No personal involvement at all except when they call your name to pick up your food.

Brand new and on a learning curve, they were absolutely swamped tonight and people were terrible to them. They worked super hard to get our order right. Keep up the good work guys, we'll definitely be back!!!10/10/2024 update:The water tastes absolutely TOXIC! Not sure if that is a municipal issue but please fix this. My tongue and throat burns after drinking the water there

AWESOME! They have improved on their overall delivery of product speed etc . . .since they've opened . . .I get it though . . .when you first start up a new business . . .you have to basically "feel" how each person does things after they're taught etc . . .But, at first, when I went in there the first couple of times . . .it took like 10 minutes just for anyone to take my order at the walk up window . . .Now, its 30 minutes I'm kidding of course . . .Now, its only a few seconds for someone to walk up and ask me for my order . . .Kudos to the staff . . .

The touch screen ordering was weird, the food portions were smaller than they used to be and prices were high.
Food was excellent service was superb, but a pretty long wait for the food.

The ZERO star experience started online. I tried to order the online exclusive meal for 4 with 2 cinnamon twists. Got to the payment area, filled in the card info, website rejected my order, double check card info and try again. Did so, failed again. Keep in mind that this is the same card I've been using for days and literally right after leaving TB.Drove to TB, and first thing I did was ask if the order went through; did not want to double the order. She asked for my name, said they had it. After waiting another 20 minutes after the 10 minute drive, and watching the lobby clear out, with TB apologizing to everyone for the wait times, I get "my order". It was an order for the same first name. Would not have been so bad if they had listened to me explain my order the first time. I would have ordered in-house if they didn't tell me they had my order, which wasn't my order to begin with.They don't know what they are doing down there, they're constantly running out of supplies, and they can't even work well with the apps. Shame on the owners for opening up before the staff was even ready.
