Horrible experience here tonight 12/3/24! Employee's are disrespectful as hell!!! Order a filet, got half a piece of cheese! Sauce was everywhere. Messed up our order, and would not remake it.

Very nice workers! Went there on a Saturday morning in drive thru and was greeted by a very nice young lady who seemed very tired but willingly to help me out with the app in a charismatic way. I now use the app very often

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 Happy meals with water. The sign clearly posted water as an option and when we got to the window the Manager called me a liar and said we needed to pay extra for the water or order something else to drink. We then switched to apple juice and the Manager says have a great day in the most sarcastic way. As 3 of the coworkers stand there watching her to see how she handles it. There was a teaching moment for a Manager and she Blew it.

This was a good stop. Some locations are not great, so let's face it. This was not bad. The food was fresh, and I got everything I ordered. They made my steak bagels perfect and fresh. I made an app purchase, and it was a perfect pickup.

Orange juice was watered down and had ice in it… ended up just tossing it. food wasn’t hot, didn’t include straws.
