Up quickly, and was brought out to me in the seating area. I checked the bag quickly, and found NO STRAW! The employee said I could get one across the room. I came for the PERSONAL TOUCH- BUT GOT POOR-CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD. ( I have trouble walking, but; I managed to go across the room to get my own straw!) If your order is prepared TO GO-ISN'T A STRAW SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE BAG? I PAID $3.59 for the drink- is a free straw too much to ask for? So- my advice is to check your order BEFORE YOU LEAVE.”

“Overall Matty’s has very food and service with the exception of 2 menu items. Yesterday I had chicken wings. My mouth was waiting for juicy fall off the bones wings. Nope these were very overcooked and required lots of chewing. The second item is the fish fry. Way too much batter. More batter than fish.”

“I just found this wonderful shop and I’m so sad I’m moving out of state in 3 months!! This is the best ice cream I have ever had in my entire life!!! It’s also the only ice cream that doesn’t hurt my stomach (no idea why but I love that fact!) And the ice cream flights are a genius way of getting to try multiple flavors. “Had a cheeseburger and fries plus classic Bloody Mary which was pretty good Plate burger and fries came on was too small so juice from pickles kinda saturated the bun. Ordered medium done for meat but pretty much raw. Maybe that was my fault and should of ordered med well? Liked the fries a lot as not too salty. Service was GREAT! Somehow my wallet came out of my pants pocket and must've fell on chair seat. When we'd left, server tried tracking us down but we were already on our way. I realized it wasn't on me when I got home so called. They had retrieved it and put it in a safe place until my son picked it up the next am. Honesty and integrity those workers have there. God bless them! ❤”
