My family and I love this place! We’ve been coming to Birchwood for 50+ years (only 20 for me), and this has been one of the best additions to the town. The staff are super personable, the coffee is quite delicious, and the food is great too!
I recommend the drip coffee, chai, smoothies, and the pastries!! Also while you’re there, check out the gift store. Super cute gifts for anyone you’re looking for. We were sad when Ed’s Pit Stop closed, but more than grateful for Ed’s Coffee Company to open. Such a wonderful place.

The selection of coffee drinks was large and varied. The staff was friendly, as well as helpful in suggesting seasonal drink options. The baked goods were fresh. Ample lite lunch options, as well. It also sells gift merchandise. The indoor seating was sufficient, but not spacious due to the merchandise. I believe the outdoor seating would be awesome when the weather permit.

We have been vacationing near Birchwood, WI for years and always made several stops at Ed's Pitstop for the shirts, hoodies, fun decorative trinkets, ice cream, food and beverages. When the pitstop was sold, we heard there would be an Ed's Coffee just down the street. We were excited to check it out, and they did not disappoint! The decor and clothing has gotten elevated and is quality driven. It feels like a coffee house boutique. The service was wonderful: lovely people, kind, friendly, and attentive. Although we didn't have food, the beverages were delicious. Definitely recommend this place.

Kid-friendliness: They do have a small section for kids little toys, gadgets, and candy close to the counter as well as some kid-friendly beverages.

I can't speak of the atmosphere or the food, but the coffee is something to be desired. I don't think this place has any business making specialty coffee drinks as of right now. We ordered 3 different drinks and they were all fairly disgusting. I dumped mine right out. If you like sugar more than coffee I'd recommend this place. I'm sorry for the bad review but your barista skills need improvement.

Sat at an outside table under the patio roof.Had a delicious extra large skinny latte. The coffee was so good and very smooth! Tried the Egg bites with gruyere. Wow.The perfect size for a light meal!!Spent several hours visiting with a friend. Staff came out several times to check on us. Very comfortable and easy place to be!!

We heard some buzz so tried it out this morning. What a refreshing place here in Birchwood. Wife ordered iced coffee which was just excellent. We ordered a breakfast croissant and a panini both excellent and huge. Great service and really nice gift shop. Our new go to spot in Birchwood. Almost forgot to mention the Bacon jam, wow a must try.

Note: cross-posted from Yelp. That review includes 9 pictures.Congrats to Ed & Stacey on a perfect pivot from Pit Stop to the new place! Stopped in for lunch with the younger daughter and had a great meal.We don't have a lot of restaurants in Birchwood. Given the population, one could even say we have too many places to eat. That said, we have just one place like this. Part coffee shop, part niche lunch place and part Birchwood souvenir shop. I didn't know we needed a place like this in town until they opened. We picked a pair of paninis to split. I knew that I wanted the Turkey Bacon Jam and also had an interest in their Italian. My daughter was willing so I ordered both and we split them.I started with the Italian and was immediately impressed! Big, bold flavors, a little spicy, a little crunchy, a little chewy - yum!As much as I liked the Italian, the turkey was even better! Plenty of bacon to offset the inherent healthiness of eating lean turkey. Beautiful melted cheese and a nice bit of pop coming from the sauce made this one the best bite of the meal.An ornament for the Christmas tree came home with us as well. They have a neat selection of sundry goods and souvenirs too.

Great to see that Ed’s is back in Birchwood! Onset flu store and coffee bar - great selection of gifts and decor from shirts, sweatshirts, wall decor, stickers, glass wear and more. Love the selection and ambiance of the store itself - they did an awesome job remodeling! Ordered a 24oz white chocolate mocha, iced - it was perfect and delicious!! Will definitely be going back and making this a regular stop when we are in town! Thank you!!
